Unfortunately, a tree I purchased

Unfortunately, a tree I purchased this year didn't make it, but the way they handled the situation was truly commendable. They promptly sent me a replacement tree and even refunded the price difference. What really impressed me, though, is the overall quality of the trees I've purchased from them over the years. Many of them, sourced from fast growing trees/brighter blooms, are thriving and have added beauty to my landscape. It's reassuring to see a company stand by their products and prioritize customer satisfaction. I'll definitely continue to trust them for my future tree needs.

My cold hardy mimosa tree arrived in great shape

My cold hardy mimosa tree arrived in great shape. Although she's gone through the usual shopping/transplant shock, with daily care, she's starting to look better. I am optimistic that she will adjust well during winter and I’m looking forward to seeing her thrive in Spring. This is my 3rd tree from FastGrowingTrees.com and they’ve all been doing well!!! Shop with them & you won't regret it!

I placed an order a month ago

I placed an order a month ago and got 3 shrubs that looked healthy and prepared to plant. They are already doing well, with all 3 showing new growth. One of them even has fresh blooms. Also, I reached out for some advice, and their support line was great. In summary, you won't find better value or quality. Very pleased.

My first orde with FastGrowingTrees was 12 trees. They came in good shape and arrived on time. I am very pleased with the helpful staff, especially Laura, as she is nice to deal with and attentive to details. I will be using them again, as it is an easy way to get landscape plants. We got a new house, and since I bought from FGT

We got a new house, and since I bought from FGT before at our old place, I knew they're a good company with good stuff. We didn't need a privacy screen at the old place, but we do here...excited to see nice Leyland Cypress trees out the kitchen window instead of our neighbor's windows! Thanks FGT!

I trust this shop.

Fast Growing Trees got lot of special fruit trees. I never found Lychee trees somewhere else, also never saw many kinds of Avocado. Their customer help is awesome! Things are good and packed well. If something's not perfect when it comes, they fix it quick. So, I trust this shop.

I got a tree from them this year, but it died. They sent me a new one and gave me back the extra money I paid. I have lots of trees from them, bought over the years, and they're doing really well.

I got a tree from them in winter

I got a tree from them in winter. I planted it, but it didn't grow any leaves. I emailed them after 2 months, and they sent a new tree for free. You won't get that at Lowe's or Home Depot.

I got a tree from this company 3 yrs ago.

I got a tree from this company 3 yrs ago. It seemed small for the price, but they said it'd grow fast with sun and water. I've a sprinkler system, so watering's no problem. It gets plenty of sun. Tree never grew an inch. Now it's dead. I spoke to someone at my local nursery, and he said they're notorious for delivering dead trees, or trees that will eventually die. Don't buy from this company.

Unsatisfied. Trees keep arriving damaged, and no one responds to emails. Thats not how you should run a business.

Ordered a batch of 8 shrubs from this company, and upon their arrival, they seemed satisfactory. However, my initial optimism quickly turned into disappointment as within a week, two of the shrubs began to show signs of decline. Over the next 6 weeks, a total of 4 more shrubs succumbed to the same fate, and the last 2 are on the verge of fading away. Seeking advice, I consulted a groundskeeper who pointed out that the root cause of this issue was root rot, likely stemming from prolonged wet conditions in the containers. Curious, I visited the company's website only to find that all the reviews there were glowing 5-star ratings. In hindsight, I should have been more skeptical. My experience with this company has been far from satisfactory, and the discrepancy between my own reality and the seemingly perfect online reviews raises questions about the transparency and reliability of their customer feedback.

Disappointed customer

received trees in bad conditions ask for replacements. fast growing trees stated non will be sent out to replace damage trees. sent pictures of the trees conditions but only received little compassion on how they look. trees are place two in one box when shipped. on a $603.99 order they only discounted $36.17 back. order was placed on December 04, 2024 received the final order on January 05, 2025. Will not be using this vendor again. The complete order had sad looking trees. There is no product control done to make sure good condition trees are sent out to customers.

Avoid making any purchases from this company. The pricing for their plants is exorbitant, leaving customers feeling ripped off. What's even more frustrating is the warranty policy – if you ever need to utilize it, all you'll receive is a store credit. This means you're stuck paying for shipping once again, on top of the higher cost for a replacement plant. Save yourself the hassle and explore other options for your plant needs.
