I got a Luke Skywalker's lightsaber from them

I got a Luke Skywalker's lightsaber from them at Zolocon in Warminster Pennsylvania. The saber is really good quality and very sturdy. It has lots of cool features like changing the blade color, changing the sound effects, and even playing some songs!! I also got a free Mystery saber with my purchase which is awesome!! Since it was the end of the day at the comicon they had run out of saber blades, but that was okay because I was able to get in touch with their very friendly and understanding customer service worker and I was sent my blade promptly. I am super happy with my purchase and experience, would definitely buy from this company again!!

Ordered 2 lightsabers from AnimeCon in RI. Initially, I was concerned as it took a few weeks for the sabers to get here, but DXSabers kept me updated the whole time. When they finally arrived, they were quite good and worth the price. I then accidentally damaged a hilt, my mistake. (Be sure to screw in the right spot, not opposite the button) Anyway, I was ready to pay for a repair, but they fixed it for free! I just covered the shipping. I truly value their customer support. They’re a small business, so it takes a bit, but they care for their customers!

This is hands down the best saber we've ever owned! It's evident that the company is dedicated to ensuring the product's quality and the overall experience are top-notch. We purchased it at a convention and have been using it for various purposes, including display, dueling, and even for home security!

Their customer service is great. When my friend and I ordered a lightsaber, we were happy to see how well it worked. The lightsabers are strong and simple to use. It was also cool to see them at comic con and check out the lightsabers up close!

I encountered the owner of this company

I encountered the owner of this company at an event in Mesa, Arizona, and initially found him to be amiable and seemingly concerned about customer satisfaction. However, our experience with this company swiftly soured, revealing it to be a deceptive operation. Despite some attendees leaving content with their saber purchases, my wife and I were not as fortunate. My wife acquired a Leia saber, while I invested in a substantially more costly Dark Saber. Regrettably, both purchases proved to be riddled with significant issues, rendering them unsuitable for sale in our collective opinion. The Leia saber exhibited multiple missing screws, stripped threads in various areas, and an emitter on the brink of detachment. On the other hand, my Dark Saber encountered persistent malfunctions such as random shutdowns, unpredictable profile switches, and a plethora of sound-related problems. Furthermore, both sabers displayed subpar machining, sharp edges, and an overall cheap feel. The owner's absence on the subsequent day of the event raised suspicions about the quality of the products being peddled. Another saber vendor, taking note of our dissatisfaction, assumed responsibility for addressing our concerns and provided us with the owner's contact details. Unfortunately, our attempts to communicate with the owner through emails have gone unanswered, cementing our decision to sever any future dealings with this company. Regrettably, we only became aware of this information through our fellow saber community members, and we deeply lament not having access to this knowledge earlier. In summary, our encounter with this company was overwhelmingly negative, and there unquestionably exist superior, genuinely customer-centric saber vendors in the market.

I placed an order for a lightsaber

I placed an order for a lightsaber, specifically Luke's episode 6 lightsaber. I waited patiently for months, but when it finally arrived, it was the wrong saber. I decided to keep it since I had already waited for so long. However, it stopped working, so I reached out to customer support and sent it back in the beginning of May. They told me I would get it back in July, but when I inquired about the status in August, there was no update. I asked again in September, and still nothing. I followed up once more, and there was some initial confusion, but they assured me they would resolve the issue the following week. It's been a week, and I haven't received any response. I hope this review gets their attention so I can finally receive the product I paid for. I must say, though, this company does make great sabers.

Purchased a saber from their website a few months back. Unfortunately, it's in bad shape – completely broken. Despite sending three emails, there's been zero response. In the lightsaber community, they've got a not-so-great reputation as a potential scam site and a big drop shipper.
