I've always had great service from Dogtra. From the easy phone menu with just two choices to connect with a live person (unlike most companies that make it tough to talk to someone), to how fast a representative responds and their deep product knowledge and friendly manner. Today's chat with Blake was just as good. He explained the differences between the original pathfinder and pathfinder 2 since I only had the original and was thinking of getting the 2 to use the original as a backup for my daily use with my dog on walls, hikes, and bike rides. The Dogtra collars are very useful and essential for me. I bought the 2 from Blake and am excited to receive it!
