I had some issues with the app when attempting to make a return. Every time I selected a carrier, it showed an error message. I tried all the available carriers with no luck. The chat feature on the website wasn't much assistance either. However, when I reached out to Jay A. via Facebook Messenger, it was a great experience! They asked a few questions and quickly provided me with the QR code needed for the return. Thanks to Jay A. for the help!
