I've had this weird experience
I've had this weird experience with this company, and it's not really them but more like how they handle stuff. So, I ordered something online, and you'd think they’d keep you in the loop, right? But nope, they don't say when it's coming or if there’s a delay. I mean, seriously, three weeks waiting for a package, and then suddenly, oh, here it is, without any heads-up! It's like, come on, a little communication would be nice. I'm not mad at them directly; it’s just the way they run things that bugs me. I hope they fix this because it just makes everything so annoying when you're left hanging.
