Buying was simple. The pickup process was quick. I waited just about 5 minutes. I realy like what I got.

Using Auction Ninja would be more

Using Auction Ninja would be more convenient if they handled shipping internally. The current process, involving a third-party shipper and self-arranged shipping, discourages me from buying items I can't pick up in person. I lack confidence in a seamless collaboration among all parties involved in the shipping process.

Decent experience. First time using an auction site, setting up a bidder account was straightforward. Shipping process was clear, knew who to contact. Quick response after notifying them. Just wish they mentioned UPS pickup timeframe; caused unnecessary worry about shipping arrangements during pickup window.

I like the new photo big size thingy. Just wish it was more clear in the title page about sending stuff. Third party senders cost a lot, especially for small stuff like coins or jewelry. Why not just use USPS flat rate shipping?

The auction webtsite was simple to use, and the transaction went good. I picked up the items, and they were exactly as describde.

The auctions are great. I've discovered some really nice items through Auction Ninja. My only concern is that I've had a few credit card fraud alerts since I began using them. AJ should do a better job of checking their auction houses and/or shipping partners. I’m not comfortable with how they handle financial security. Bidders need to feel their cc details are secure!!!

I wasn't fond of the bidding increments

I wasn't fond of the bidding increments, particularly for items in the $500 range, which are set at $10. This system enables last-minute bidders to secure items at lower prices, which can be frustrating.

Hello, I needed to come here so maybe you’ll see this. I have been trying to get in contact you for weeks. My account was disabled bc you claim I didn’t pick up items. This is not true and I have done nothing wrong. I want to resolve this and have called you, emailed you to the point of stalking you. I spend alot of money with you and overall very happy but not calling me back in concerning. I also might add that I called the seller who reported me incorrectly and they too have not called me back. Can someone contact me please. Terrible customer support.

Terrible customer support. NO customer support at all. I have NOT gotten a single return call from them to fix an issue. It’s strange because I bet the people who run this site notice all the bad reviews but decide to ignore them.

Not an auction site, complete scam, you never win, they just add another DAY and prices increase

Auction said it was closing at a certain time, I won multiple auctions, and then all of the sudden all auctions from that sale added another 24 hours. The auction said I won, that I had the winning bid and it was closed. And now everything is extended for a DAY. 3 hours AFTER the auction closed I received an email saying the seller extended the close date... This is not a soft closing, this is a scam. Sellers should not be able to extend an auction AFTER the auction has closed, regardless of any issue, the Auction ended. They also have zero support. If you click on 'bidder support' for items or purchases on their website nothing happens, you're just at the FAQ page. No support, bad business practices, don't trust this site.

Auction Ninja Won’t Help You Receive paid Item

I won a bid, won and paid for a pen I’d been searching for for years. Before bidding I attempt to get shipping info as it said shipping available. Was given run around by seller re hidden auction page I never found. Upon receiving invoice, offer to review came up and I gave a poor review. The seller got mad and. Cancelled sale. Paid for. I asked Auction Ninja for help numerous times and heard nothing. Nothing. Do not trust them. They are seller advocates. Not yours.

HORRIBLE customer service!

When ever I speak to Tanjanay at customer service, she always resolves the problem. However, to get a return phone call or email from Auction Ninja is almost IMPOSSIBLE! For one week, I have had a sign in problem. I left several emails and phone messages and I still haven't heard from anybody. This is not the way to treat someone that spends lots of momney on this site. Apparently, the owners of this site don't care. There are other games in town!

Well, that's the end of the road for

Well, that's the end of the road for me with this company. What a letdown. The minuscule rope bracelet I bought is riddled with shoddy repairs, and it's practically a punchline. It's downright awful that these numerous hack repairs weren't mentioned in the product description. I had just made another purchase from them a week ago, and that one was okay, but this one is just plain terrible.

ZERO Customer Service

For over two weeks, I have been emailing and phoning this company with sign in problems and other problems and they have yet to return an email or phone call. HORRIBLE Customer Service!
