Man, oh man, what a headache
Man, oh man, what a headache with these guys! Booked two swanky business class tickets, all set to jet from New Delhi to New York. But the day of the flight, LOT Airline drops the bomb – they won't honor the tickets, saying they're suspended. What? Talked to Aran Grant reps, and they hit you with this chargeback story, which you never even pulled. Total nonsense! Spent three days in limbo, hotel expenses piling up, glued to the phone with these Aran Grant folks day and night. Tossed proof from the bank that no chargeback happened, but no solution. In a panic, had to fork out extra for instant business class tickets, and only got the refund once I touched down in the US. Now, you're rightfully ticked off and looking for compensation – wasted days, hotel bills, travel costs, the extra cash for those last-minute tickets. It's a total mental torture ride they put you through. Swearing off booking with these folks ever again. Can't blame you!
