My installer got in touch, and it was fully installed in just 2 days. It works well, quietly, and heats up nicely. We're looking forward to the A/C once the hot weather hits. Everything from support, shipping, wrapping, and items is on the money! You can’t miss with this product or business. I’ve been really satisfied with each detail! I bought 4 - 9,000 btu’s and 2 - 12,000 btu’s for a genuine 3,200 sq ft barndo build. If I had to say the best buying experience I’ve had with a new product from a new company, this is it hands down 1,000%.

Came on time, no brocken parts.

Came on time, no brocken parts. Install was simple, just took out old Coleman furnace, fixing it would have cost more than getting a new one! Wires were long enough, so just hooked them up and started it. Needed to lower fan speed from factory setting since we only have 5 vents in our single wide. Air comes out just under 120°, feels good to have warmth again!

They was pretty helpful on the phone with pickin' the right unit. They guided me to their brand to save a few bucks and it seems real good quality. I ordered the package unit and it showed up in 2 days! I hope I don't need parts for a long time but I'm confident if there is a problem that I wont wait long at all for any parts I need.
