So frustrated
So frustrated with Airbnb right now. I referred two new hosts, thinking I'd get the promised reward. But now they're pulling all sorts of excuses not to pay up. It's been two months of back-and-forth messaging with customer support, and every agent has a different story. None of them match what's in the terms and conditions. Seriously, it's like they're making stuff up just to avoid giving the reward. This is just bad customer service, and I'm feeling really let down.
