Great product and service!

Great product and service! The fabric covered acoustic panels are solid, work well, and add a nice touch to my home theater. Instead of using the included mounting clips, I used hot melt glue to stick a strong hook and loop strip to the top edge of the back of the panel. This made it easy to attach to command strips on the wall, allowing for a removable mount that I can adjust easily. The price was fair. I also bought a roll of MLV, which was heavy but still easy to manage. I stapled the MLV to plywood panels, then wrapped them in fabric before mounting the acoustic panels. The MLV can get scratched easily, so it should be covered for a clean look. I didn’t try painting it, but I think it might not hold paint well since it’s soft and flexible. I’m very happy with both the fabric covered acoustic panels and the MLV.

The acoustic tiles were simple to set up and looked nice. They offer good sound control and enhance the wall's appearance! The delivery service, though, was not great. Tiles came loose from the pallet and scattered inside the box truck. Thankfully, just a few were damaged, and we managed to fix it.

Despite needing to mount seven panels in a level line, the provided hardware lacked the precision required for accurate alignment. Even with a 4-foot level, achieving uniformity was challenging. It would have been beneficial if the system included detailed instructions or tips for achieving precise alignment during installation. Overall, while the panels delivered the desired outcome, the hanging process left room for improvement in terms of usability and guidance.
