I’ve been with Vida for a couple of months, and how about a 50 pound loss? I sleep better, have more energy, and save $$$ too! Their support, nutritional info, guidance, and motivation are great! My dietitian helped me make really important changes to my eating habits. A few weeks ago, I noticed my shadow as I got into my car… I just stood there admiring my curves, my waist line!! It was so clear on that shadow on the ground! My closet is shrinking! All those 2x and 1x are being replaced by Large clothes. At almost 65, I finally feel in control of my weight! And the $$$? No more chocolate, which saves a lot! Plus, fresh foods instead of processed ones mean huge savings on groceries! Oh, and my sugar! It’s under control!! I look better, feel stronger, and can walk away from carbs! I really appreciate Vida, the counselors, the daily tips, and logging my progress. I still have a way to go, but I’m 2/3 of the way, and I’m sure I’ll make it, the right way, with all my lifestyle changes and good eating habits. I’ll be ready for more success! Thanks a lot!

To be honest, I had some doubts about this program at first, mainly because I needed it for insurance purposes and wasn't referred by my doctor. However, I decided to stay positive, and that decision is really paying off. There's a lot of valuable information available. I’m learning new methods to manage my diet and blood tests. Keeping track of various other details acts as an extra level of accountability. I'm still exploring the app to see all its features. I also appreciate the support from my dietician, and I have a new healthcare provider I will meet soon. Reading the experiences of others and their questions helps me formulate my own and understand how others face similar challenges, which is really helpful. The only negatives I’ve noticed are the lack of a way to log medication amounts, like insulin on a sliding scale, and the food log can be tricky to master. But overall, I'm pleased with this fresh approach to managing my diabetes.

Vida is very good. I used to think that I couldn't stick to any diet or exercise plan. Never thought I could do both at the same time. In the past 6 months, I've lost 20 lb and reached my goal weight. I've also completed a half marathon and begun to meditate regularly. These habits have become a normal part of my life, and I feel excited about keeping them up. I won't say all of this is because of Vida. I began running before. But I believe Vida has been very helpful in guiding, monitoring, and giving tips, plus having someone to chat with for support. That has been helpful to give me the self-confidence that I can manage it by myself.

Flexible hours and fun ways to connect with coworkers virtually. However, the unlimited time off policy isn't ideal, and a large client load means not enough 1-on-1 time with clients. Could use some improvements.

My insurance suggested I download this app in May 2024. At first, I met with a dietitian named Sarah, she was nice. Then, they told me to get some lab work done. But the lab orders never came through. I waited and then they said I should wait because the doctor was on vacation. After 4 weeks of waiting, they finally sent the lab orders again. I did my labs and then tried to book with the doctor, but the first appointment was a month later. When it was time for the appointment, it had been canceled, and the next available time was another month away. The only times they had were in the morning, which didn't work for me. It’ll take about six months just to see a doctor. I wouldn't pay for this service. Support told me all doctors are booked a month or more in advance. I also saw others saying their appointments got canceled randomly. I just gave up and deleted the app. There are better apps out there then this.
