After 10 years, it seems like they're not as focused on helping customers anymore. Maybe they're struggling because they've been so successful.

Vanguard seems to be going off track. I've been with Vanguard for 22 years, but now they seem more focused on hiking their fees than ensuring their website works well on 8/05/24, a major market crash day. Their customer service has also declined over the years. Research thoroughly before starting an account with Vanguard.
