I like shopping at Shop Miss A. Their stuff is okay, not too expensive, and decent quality. Last time I ordered, I got mostly makeup but they sent me the wrong primer. I contacted customer service and talked to Pamela. She offered me a $2 coupon or a new shipment. I chose the new shipment. They said I didn't reply, but I did and I have proof. I haven't received the new primer yet. This isn't the first time they've sent the wrong item, but usually, they fix it. This time they didn't. The item was only a dollar, so I could buy another one, but it's annoying that they offered to send a new one and then didn't. I didn't bother following up because it takes them a long time to reply and it's not worth it. They should check items better before sending them out and improve their customer service. I bought my items on November 25th, and that was my experience. I'm disappointed with the lazy customer service this time. Will I stop shopping there? No, but I won't buy during the holidays next time.
