Got my first car through
Got my first car through this bank and was pretty happy until I needed to switch to an all-wheel drive. Figured it would be no problem since I already had a loan with them. They told me I was approved, so I was ready to pick up the new car. But then, out of nowhere, the dealership calls me up five days later saying the bank changed its mind and wouldn’t do the loan. I mean, what’s up with that? How do you go from yes to no like that? It’s super frustrating, especially when you need a reliable car to get to work.
The interest rates are just nuts. I’m paying $20,000 for an $11,000 car. That’s almost double! When I started looking for a new loan for the all-wheel drive, I found one with way better terms. The car itself is pricier, but I’m saving $3000 in interest. So, in a weird way, it was a blessing that the bank bailed on me. Still, it’s really unprofessional to leave someone hanging like that, especially when it’s about something as important as a car loan.
I’m definitely going to shop around for a different bank next time. It’s not worth the hassle or the crazy high interest rates. If you’re thinking about getting a loan here, you might want to think twice.
