I didn’t gain any valuable insights from it, only a sense of being judged. The goals you set aren’t monitored, and there’s no real support. Instead, the app constantly pushes other products. If you're trying to stop drinking, I suggest doing it on your own, like I did after 8 weeks of struggling with this app. Eight weeks later, I’m alcohol-free without needing their biased “lessons” or judgmental approach.
