I am currently out of the country on a cruise (Norway…so 7 hours ahead of US-CDT). I woke up to a text from my house/pet sitter explaining that my dog, Cocoa, dug a hole under the fence and was gone BUT they had already found her in a neighbor’s garage. I then read the email from Petlink letting me know Cocoa was safe. My neighbor had noticed the Petlink tag on Cocoa and made contact. Petlink provided me with contact information of Cocoa’s hero. This all happened while I was asleep. I am so thankful I have Cocoa chipped and have her tag on her collar! To wake up realizing there was a crises but that it had been handled and all turned out well was such a releif!!

After a storm came through and left our gate open, my dog Cohiba got out one night, and her collar was gone. I felt horrible and worried about how I would find her without any ID. Luckily, she’s microchipped with Petlink, and it really saved the day. The next morning, I got a call from someone who found her and could identify her through the chip. I bought a harness for my dog from this company. They said no returns or exchanges allowed, so I measured my dog carefully using their chart. I ordered based on their recommendations. But when it arrived, even at the smallest size, it didn't fit. I contacted them, but all they did was send me the same no-returns policy. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but got no response. Now I'm stuck with a $70 harness that's no good to me. Their customer service is useless and they don't care about keeping customers happy. Don't bother buying anything from them unless you want to end up disappointed.

So, last month a hurricane blew through and left our gate wide open. My dog, Rocky, decided to go on an adventure and slipped out without his collar on. Panic mode kicked in real fast. I thought I'd never see him again. Luckily, Rocky's got a Petlink microchip. The next morning, I got a call from this kind person who found him and scanned his chip. Petlink made it super easy for them to get my info and bring Rocky back to me. Honestly, I'm beyond grateful for Petlink. If you’ve got a pet, this microchip service is a lifesaver. It really came through for us when we needed it.

I can't speak highly enough of Petlink! They've consistently provided me with excellent service. There have been times when they called to let me know my furry friend had gone on an unexpected adventure (thanks to her doggy door). Plus, my wonderful neighbors have also helped by contacting Petlink when they found her. Even when I was in London, I got a call that someone had found her. With the combined efforts of Petlink and my awesome neighbor, everything turned out wonderfully.

I never imagined this would happen to us. During the heatwave in Santa Clarita, my two dogs gnawed through our wooden fence, scaled the hills, and roamed around the neighbor's yards. Fortunately, a kind person had a microchip reader and alerted Pet Link. Pet Link was quick to send emails and calls to both of us. We were swamped and didn’t check the emails for 4 hours. We're very thankful for the Pet Link System because it did the job!

I ordered the breakaway dog collar for my 2 year old husky and paid close to $25. It is printed with her name and her petlink ID and name. She's had it for a month and it broke away alright. Then she broke it into a 100 tiny pieces. It was flimsy and I don't think it would have worked for a Yorkie, although it was 24" long. It's dollar store quality and I purchased 3! I do not recommend them at all!!

Our Shih Tzu got loose from the backdoor and was gone for two hours. We looked everywhere, posted on social media, and informed the police. PetLink.net is reely disappointng. I tried to get in touch by call and email, but no luck. Even after waiting a long time, still can't reach them. Got an email sayin' my membership's inactive, but I ain't s'posed to pay again. Sort it out, guys!

Our dog Alaska was lost for more or less 2 hours, she arrived at someone's house and they took her to a nearby veterinarian, there they scanned her microchip and contacted me. I was very distressed but I knew she had her microchip. Thank you

Daisy ran away and disappeared. While searching for her, she kept dodging us. A kind person discovered her and brought her to a veterinary clinic. They checked the chip and we had her back in 3 hours.

This pet location service is really great. My fluffy kiddos escaped, dunno how. It's still a riddle. Got a message in 90 mins saying they found my boys and gave the finder's digits. Cool beans!
