Omaha Steaks keeps up its good quality

Omaha Steaks keeps up its good quality and frozen packing. But, I'm upset with FedEx delivery. They never follow instructions. Ring the bell and place on table, but they only put it on table. Bell is ignored. It's been a big problem, especially in summer. Omaha is a big help during Pandemic, providing meat when others couldn't. But, promotions are dull and repetitive. They should target promotions based on what customers buy regularly. We get too many burger promotions. Used to get useful cooking tools as incentives, but not anymore. Overall, Omaha Steaks is reliable for quality, though a bit pricey. Customer service is always good. Thanks, Omaha Steaks and staff!

I have ordered on and off since 2014.

I have ordered on and off since 2014. My last order was about a year ago. My favorite is the ground beef patties. I buy a few dozen each time. they are the most convenient. I put them on the Foreman grill for 4 minutes from frozen and they're medium rare! The 5 and 6 oz are enough, but when they're 4oz I cook two. Tonight I made a meatlovers lasagna. It's made with beef and chicken. Since beef was at the top of the list and chicken was towards the end, I thought there would be less chicken. It had good pasta, lots of ground meat, but almost no flavor. The meat had no flavor. I couldn't taste the tomato, onion or carrots. The cheese was missing, as in there was very little. The flavor was non existant. I don't plan to get the lasagna again. I don't like chicken breast meat so when I get a variety pack I give the chicken breast away. I have never asked how the person liked it. The pork chops from 3 different orders were mushy. I had given my parents a box and they said the pork chops were mushy. I had the other two orders with several years in between orders. I enjoyed the filets and sirloin steaks. The desserts are always good. Cheesecake, yes. I once had apple tarts that burned to the pan no matter what I did. It seems there was another dessert but I can't remember. The "stacked" potato au gratin were good, as were the older au gratin that were shaped in balls. I liked that these were frozen individually, nice for a single person.

I think the company's convenience

I think the company's convenience and quality are really good. I was hesitant for years, but when I finally tried it, I was happy. I'm picky about my food and I found the quality and convenience to be awesome.

Though the meat was okay

Though the meat was okay and shipping was on time, won't buy again. Got too many texts and emails, even after unsubscribing. Kept bothering on all gadgets. Be careful!

I made an order on March 9th

I made an order on March 9th, and by March 15th, I hadn't heard anything. When I called customer service, they said they tried to call the number I provided, but it was wrong. They also claimed they emailed me about a credit card issue, but I didn't receive any such email. My husband had no problems ordering from them three years ago, but their service has declined since then. I decided to cancel my order and won't be ordering from them again. Overall, I'm disappointed with this experience and wouldn't recommend ordering from them.

We tried Omaha Steaks and signed up

We tried Omaha Steaks and signed up for Gold member. Big mistake. First order all wrong and thawed. They did resend it but no discount. Second order took 6 days, all thawed. Called again, they'll resend it. If it comes, tomorrow, 4 days. We like the food, it makes life easier, but two orders, two issues. Not good for Omaha Steaks. Last order maybe.
