This is the worst company I've dealt with. Lost my Miles and More log in details, tried to retrieve them but failed: they asked for pin - I have no idea if I ever had one. They say my email is not the same as in their system, direct me to fill forms with my ID. I send my passport and past tickets with my Miles and More number, they replied saying email address is different from what they have on file. They can’t send the details, but they knew this before telling me to fill the forms. I asked them to post my details, they said it's not possible as I can’t identify myself. But my home address is unchanged. I think they train their workers to hide this info to make people like me loose all the points we've earned over the years.

When booking flights on a Lufthansa airline, I used my miles to partly pay for the ticket. At checkout, I encountered an error and had to call the airline. They asked for my credit card again and charged the full price, although my miles were taken. I called miles-and-more, who promised to return my miles within 24 hours. After 12+ calls to both miles-and-more and the airline, I still haven't received my miles back, despite their repeated promises. Why collect miles if errors just take them away? And why have a support hotline if it can't fix simple issues like this? Overall, this program is just a big hassle and a waste of time.

After 20 years of collecting miles, I had amassed 960,000 miles, hoping for an around-the-world ticket for my son and me. But planning through the Star Alliance app, I found the first flight impossible to book. Even trying the furthest future date available showed no seats. M&M seems like a total scam. Can't recommend it. Go with the cheapest travel option; skip frequent flyer programs. Not worth the hassle. Eventually, you have all the Rimowa suitcases you'll ever need. Ordered LH board furniture and a PS5. Been waiting three weeks with no update on when the "in stock" items will be delivered.
