Overall, the company did well, but there was a hiccup with the warranty card not being filled out by the dealer. It's understandable how it could slip through the cracks, and I hope they improve on this in the future because it's crucial. On the bright side, the shipping was really quick, and the packaging was done nicely.

I bought something that didn't work for me. Flex at Liquid Surf and Sail gave me a return label and a full refund. Fast and nice service. I recommend them and will surely go to them first next time.
