Juni has made learning math and coding really simple for both of my boys. We've been with Juni for a little more than 4 years now. My boys have taken classes from Scratch to Python, and also many math courses like Pre-Algebra and beyond. We've always been happy with the Juni instructors and I find their customer service to be one of the best out there. With 4 kids at home, I value the flexible scheduling and the ease of letting my kids learn remotely, no matter where we are. There's no need to drive 1-2 kids across town for a class while other kids have other activities elsewhere. The ease of remote learning with great instructors who truly adapt the learning speed to your child makes Juni by far the best place to learn. That's why I just signed my 2nd youngest child up for classes too. For us, Juni has been wonderful and we apprecite everything they do. We highly recommend!

Juni Learning is a great tutoring platform. We've been with Juni for 3 years and I have only good things to say. The tutors are really good quality and seem very knowledgeable. We've tried tutors for Physics, economics, and coding, and they've all been great. My son started when he was 7 and now codes really well. The communication with the company staff is excellent. If you need something, you can just text or email them and they respond quickly. They're always on the ball.

The increasing unreliability with frequent no-show instructors and last-minute cancellations has become a recurrent issue for my multiple enrolled children. The staff's sluggish response time, in contrast to similar programs, adds to the frustration. This inconsistency has eroded the trust my kids once had in the program, prompting us to explore alternative options.

Juni was great for a couple of years, but recently, they have become very unreliable. They cancel sessions at the last minute, and there are times when the instructor doesn't even show up for the session. This has been incredibly frustrating and a significant waste of time. It seems like their management has deteriorated. It might be time to consider switching to another service provider.
