    I ordered an Insta360 bundle directly from their website. The shipment arrived missing the additional battery that was included in the bundle. When I contacted Insta360 support, they repeatedly pushed me to contact Prime, even though Prime clearly stated they cannot help because Insta360 is the seller. I provided this information to Insta360 multiple times, yet they continued to avoid responsibility and refused to resolve the missing item. Instead of assisting their customer, they tried to make me mediate between two companies — something no customer should ever have to do. This has been one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve had with any tech company.

Just to be clear, my name is David Page, and my order number is INS7702507131821255009D3. After some back and forth, Noah from their team contacted me, and he was super helpful. He suggested returning the item for a repair, which I agreed to, especially since I was considering taking it up with PayPal. Sent it off to their repair center today. Fingers crossed the camera comes back in full working order. I'll definitely keep you all posted once I get it back and test it out.

My new x5 dropped hard, leaving scratches on both lenses. Customer service quickly said the selfie stick isn’t made for action use 🤦🏼‍♂️.     The products are great but the customer support is really bad. I spent around €1.000,- on my first order from their website. After 8 days, my heavy duty clamp stopped working. I had to send 10 emails and reply to more than 20 questions before they sent me a new one. (It took 14 days to fix) (the clamp costs €45,00 just so you know) I would suggest buying the products but their support team definitely needs some training like at GoPro..
