The company should send status emails. I waited 7 days for my package to be shipped, which wasn't good. They need to communicate better with customers.

Unfortunately, my recent experience took a sour turn. I had placed an order that I urgently needed for the work I had scheduled. To my dismay, there was an uncharacteristic delay in shipping. What added to my disappointment was the lackluster responses I received from customer service. I contacted them twice during the week, and both times, I received nearly identical, vague responses that didn't address my concerns effectively. Given my prior positive experiences, this recent encounter with Hk parts' customer service left me considerably dissatisfied.
