I was initially thrilled about my hat order, seeking comfort during my cancer journey. Unfortunately, my excitement turned into disappointment. The hats I was most eager about didn't fit, and the rest, ordered for free shipping, weren't appealing. Upon returning them, I received an email claiming one had a stain, resulting in store credit, not a refund. I dispute the stain's origin, having only tried it on. With a charged return fee, my $85 spending only yields a $48 usable refund. Feeling ripped off, I won't consider future purchases. Thankfully, a competitor provided better-fitting, more attractive, and cheaper alternatives.
