Luna may work fine for simple treatments
Luna may work fine for simple treatments, but they aren't prepared for more complex procedures like major surgery rehabilitation.
I underwent a total knee replacement, and the therapist lacked even basic physical therapy tools like step platforms, non-slip pads, and folding chairs. Without the proper equipment, the therapy for my joint replacement ended up being ineffective and, frankly, unsafe.
For example, the therapist used a resistance band that was too small and lacked padding. As a result, I still have a visible mark on my ankle from the band digging into my skin weeks later. This was careless and unprofessional.
In response to Luna's reply: It wasn’t a large number of sessions, and I stopped after my surgeon approved it, following the injury caused by the therapist. Also, you might want to be cautious about sharing details of my sessions, as you could be breaching HIPAA regulations.
