The doctor was good at explaining what was needed

The doctor was good at explaining what was needed and had a nice attitude. However, the whole process was a bit unclear. Someone was supposed to contact me so I could send proof that I was already on a higher dose, so my prescription could be started at that dose. I didn’t get any contact for about 2, nearly 3 weeks. Because of that, I didn’t go to get the labs done, thinking my prescription would be sent right after the results. I was worried the wrong dose would be sent. The whole process hasn’t been as smooth as I thought it would be.

Never managed to access my account due to a glitchy system. Despite canceling the plan through email, no refund was provided. The broken and elusive communication strongly suggests this is a massive scam. My advice: steer clear and avoid giving them your money.

This service is alarmingly close to a scam. Canceling a subscription is a Herculean task, and their pricing is exorbitant. I've squandered a small fortune on virtually nothing. Profoundly disappointing.
