The hosts of this rental are absolutely great. They're helpful and kind, not intrusive. The rental is in a lovely neighborhood, Willow Glen, close to downtown with many restaurants and shops. The unit was the cutest place I've seen among furnished rentals. The cottage has many windows, making it bright. It's positioned to face away from the main home, so it feels private. It looks out towards big oak trees, feeling like a tree house from the private deck and living room windows. The place is decorated like a beach cottage, giving it a cozy feel, not sparse. My husband and I were very comfy during our two-month stay. He enjoyed the lounge chair, and I liked the raised desk for work. The kitchen is well stocked, the queen bed was comfy, and the TV was smart! The stacked washer/dryer worked well. Our little dog was welcome, a must for me. There's no air conditioning, but ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom help. The owner sometimes used the bbq on the deck, but it wasn't an issue for us. You can hear noise from the nearby apartment complex (mostly pool sounds), but it wasn't late or too loud, and the trees block the view. I highly recommend this place. We joked with the hosts about moving in permanently!

Furnished Finder is a great site. I’ve rented to many tenants using this platform and had hardly any problems with those who reached out about my townhouses. I’m really happy with Furnished Finder. Today, I talked to their rep Spirit, Michelle Cardona, who guided me step-by-step through moving my listing. She was very patient and knew a lot, answering all my questions and helping me out. I was really pleased with her kindness, help, and expertise, and I would gladly work with her again anytime. Very profesional!

I had a bad experience with this company. I signed up for their $49 deal last year to try it for my STR. After realizing it wasn’t a good investment, I decided to cancel. However, this week, they charged me for their $149 Premium deal without my consent. I called to explain the situation, hoping for a refund, but all I got was a long runaround from an overseas customer service who just repeated their ‘company policy’ about no refunds. I believe this is a scam and would advise others to stay away.

Furnished Finder is without a doubt the best platform

Furnished Finder is without a doubt the best platform I've used for rentals. The website is easy to use, and their customer support is really good. Michell Cardona helped me today, and she was friendly and knew her stuff. As for the pricing, Furnished Finder is much better value than other places. What I appreciate the most is the kind of guests they bring in. I prefer longer stays, as they make my time more efficient and help my profits.

I'm good with computers, but not fast like my kids. They'd have quit after 5 questions. Michell was professional and made me feel valued by Furnished Finders. She deserves a raise! I'm just starting with Furnished Finders and was feeling a bit nervous as a first-time renter of my home. This is my only property, and I had so many questions about the process. Michell Cardona helped me get my ID verified and took the time to answer everything I asked. After the call, I felt more at ease and a bit more sure about what to do next. It was great to speak with someone friendly and helpful before navigating the website for answers. Michell was really kind, patient, and informative.

The customer service was good, and the billing team fixed my problem. It wasn’t unexpected, but I had to wait on hold for a long time and got transferred about 4 times to sort out my verification issue, which is normal.

This website can be useful for finding tenants

This website can be useful for finding tenants who like furnished rentals, especially for visiting nurses. But there is no protection for property owners at all. Tenants can create profiles with fake names and no real details. I had a person contact me recently, and it became clear he was using an alias. There was no transparency from him. When I told him I wasn't interested, he started sending me annoying emails. You can't block tenants from emailing you, and there's nothing stopping them from making fake profiles and continuing to harass. I called FF support, and they told me they "escalated" the issue, but they basically said it's my problem to be careful with who I share info with. FF lets these people contact us and doesn’t do anything to stop it. It’s frustrating that there's no way to block them.

FurnishedFinder offers decent prices, but finding an open place is quite a challenge. If you do get a response, it’s often just used to keep a previous tenant in place longer. Checking the available dates doesn’t always mean the property is open. I’ve contacted 8 different listings in my search and barely got any replies. The search options aren't very good, and not having a clear contract or paying in cash without a proper receipt makes FurnishedFinder a lower quality and annoying rental site. Honestly, it's more work than it’s worth.

Many tenants here look for very short stays, similar to Air B & B arrangements. They prefer a whole apartment or house, not just a room. Many have dogs and travel with a group. If your account is set to autopay or you renew by mistake, furnish finder won’t give you a refund.

Getting in touch with them to fix this is really difficult. Every time something goes wrong, it’s a new problem that’s never on my end. It’s getting harder and harder to reach Furnished Finder.

Having a rental in a town with lots of hospitals should make finding tenants easy, but I've had my property listed for three months without any luck. Most interested parties seem to want to pay very little. One potential tenant even backed out when I asked for the names of everyone staying. When I tried to suspend my listing because the property wasn't available anymore, I couldn't even log in because the page wouldn't load. The tech side of this platform is just not up to par. Furnished Finder has been a letdown.

The auto-pay set up is made so they keep charging you even if you dont want it. First off, its hard to figure out how to stop the service or shut off auto-pay. Even taking off your card info doesn't work. They made sure of that. This place acts like a bully and dosen’t care about renters or property owners. I got ZERO REAL MESSAGES all year. When you try to talk to people who say they want a place, nothing real ever comes from it. This company feels like a scam and fake.

They renewed without asking and won’t refund me. I don’t even own the property anymore. I canceled ages ago and informed them I no longer had the property, but they’re still trying to take my money. Scam of a company!

Thieves - Poor Service - Do not do it

Their software will not verify my ID and mapping program does not find my address. Because of this I can’t verify my account to place an ad. I have 14 email threads opened with their support team because someone different responds every time. The agents just copy and paste answers without reading the prior comments. Additionally, I cannot cancel repeat billing because they state that option is not available until you verify. Hence, they have stuck me into reoccurring billings without providing the promised service. Despite repeatedly asking for a refund, filing a complaint with the BBB and my credit card company, they refuse to give a refund. If you try to call you will get a recording telling you there are10 people in front of you. I will probably have to change my credit card number to stop them from stealing from me any further. If you love a big hassle this company is for you.

As a landlord, I have found Furnished Finder to be nothing short of a total scam. The property that is the subject of this is rented with regularity through VRBO with over 50 all star ratings. Furnished, Finder managed to send one referral to me. Completely unqualified, no income and nine children. Yes, I said nine children with no income. I told furnished Finder that I wanted to curtail our business relationship because of lack of performance. I thought matter been done until today. They billed me another $149 for next year’s fees. They now will not reverse the charge although I renew today. I am being ripped off and deeply dislike this company. If you don’t want to be ripped off, don’t do business with Furnished Finder

If you choose to work with this company, be careful about the auto-renewal setting; make sure it is turned OFF. They do not give refunds, and they might claim to have notified you about the auto-renewal via email, but that’s not true. Many others have faced similar issues. You also won’t be able to erase your credit card details, which may force you to cancel your card and get a new one. It’s best to stay clear of this company!

I'm a landlord, right? Tried canceling my listing not once, not twice, but thrice, and still, I'm bombarded with messages and emails about it. Like, come on! Deleted it, sent them emails – the whole nine yards. Got one response telling me to click a link, but surprise, surprise, that link was a dud. Not cool. No way I'm coming back to them after this circus. Going solo for finding renters from now on.

This company's been a total headache. It's been weeks of nothing but auto responses. I've been banging on their door for a refund, sent them requests left and right, but all I get is this auto BS. They asked me for some docs, I shot them over pronto, and guess what? Crickets. This is just a sorry excuse for a service, especially for our healthcare workers. They deserve way better than this.
