#1 importance is the people. Easy to talk to, caring, informative, helpful, courteous. 100% in all areas. Let me expand on that QUICK. I am really sorry to see them go. They seemed happier than me when I became debt free. I’ve heard others complain about how long it was taking another debt company. I was edging on becoming close to $50k in debt. Debt Blue made me green all the way in less than 3 years. I personally know of 3 creditors that would be VERY STUBBORN, They were, even calling me constantly and sending me texts and emails. However they did it, DEBT BLUE , finally got them all to reduce my debt. They even paid off each account. I actually think they underplaied themselves. I asked them to keep any leftover money and they politely refused “THAT IS NOT HOW THIS COMPANY WORKS.” That's what my answer was. I glowed, as a great grandmother, and told each I would be proud to call them my grandchildren. Five Stars Not Enough

He helped me get the best options to consolidate my debt and get an affordable monthly price to pay it off. It was an absolute pleasure talking with him. Can’t thank him enough.

I was a little surprised that I owed Debt Blue that much. Still they did a wonderful job at getting me straightened out.

I've been a client for 11 months, signed up

I've been a client for 11 months, signed up for a 3-year program. Unfortunately, the experience has been far from personalized. Debtblue lacks proactivity in notifying companies about my debt program, leading to constant changes in representatives during the monthly calls. They advised stopping payments, resulting in late fees and interest accumulation. The promised savings in settlements are elusive, with fees reaching 25% of the original debt. Communication is frustratingly circular, promises to return calls unfulfilled, while payment reminders are relentless. The absence of U.S.-based contacts adds to the overall dissatisfaction. Looking forward to ending this association.

I cannot recommend

I cannot recommend this company to anyone! They cost me $700 and achieved absolutely nothing for me. Despite having 10 months, they only attemptd to negotiate with the debtors AFTER I received a summons from t he court. I still owe the same amount as I did when I started, plus a 25% fee and interest charges. Don't make the mistake of spending your money on this company- deal with your creditors yourself and save a bundle!

After my initial interaction with this company, the lack of communication has left me extremely dissatisfied. Despite expecting assistance from Derrick, there has been no response whatsoever. This level of unresponsiveness is entirely unacceptable and has created a sense of discomfort in my dealings with this company.

Called 'em up four times

Called 'em up four times, and not a peep from anyone. No message, no tunes, not even an ETA on when I might get to chat with an actual human. That's just plain frustrating. Tossing the lowest rating their way for playing hard to get on the phone.
