The B&N in Birkdale Village is big. They got many books and some hard to find books are here. If you can't find what you want, someone always helps. The magazines here are plenty along with Starbucks area. The books and other stuff are priced fair. There are discounts sometimes. Parking can be tough sometimes.

Barnes & nobles was a gud place

Barnes & nobles was a gud place for me to restart in my reading but to wait on delivery is terrible I ordered it on Monday took about a week and a half to get a book never do that again

B&N have been so lazi.

B&N have been so lazi. Their collection is just wow! I love their hardcovers, I'm like in love with them. Since the pandemic, I go almost every month. Every penny spent is worth it!

Love this spot! They've got nearly every book you could want! Prices are a bit high, but books are in great shape. Always new releases and mags. Also, learning books for kids. Something for everyone! If you think you can't find a book, try here - you'll probably find it.

Physical stores? They’re okay.

Physical stores? They’re okay. But the BN site is among the worst I’ve dealt with. Every action requires a verification code sent to my email. I’m not "one click away" from buying books. It takes 15-20 minutes for BN to send the verification email (or any emails), and by then, the code has expired, so I can’t use it. Needing a verification code to make a purchase is silly. I wasted about an hour trying to enter codes. I’ve switched to other online options. The BN site needs improvement.

My experience with Barnes & Noble was lbad. Purchasing an e-book, I anticipated a straightforward process, yet encountered frustrating issues. The online chat was a time-consuming joke, with prolonged waits and no resolution. Telephone service was equally disappointing, plagued by extended hold times, poor connections, and language barriers. The necessity of proprietary software was unclear. While I eventually secured a refund after hours of unproductive attempts, the overall customer service was abysmal. Unfortunately, this ordeal ensures I won't be returning to Barnes & Noble.

Received a Christmas record duplicate

Received a Christmas record duplicate, attempted exchange with receipt and unopened item, but they refused. Poor customer service; won't shop here again.

Approaching the two-week mark

Approaching the two-week mark, and my books are nowhere in sight. It's as if I could have authored a whole book myself during this wait!
