In short, I had a chat with Member Support Team Leader, Mary Bernardo, who helped ease my worries about this business model. I was pretty stressed about unrelated matters that stopped me from focusing and really understanding how the training works and what I should expect. Mary listened carefully to my concerns and then reassured me with the advice and guidance she shared during our conversation. I am new to wholesaling, and all the information felt overwhelming to me. She made me feel more confident to take my time and move at my own pace. She also shared some useful tips to make sure I wouldn't try to absorb more than my mind could handle in one sitting. Mary told me that the program access was for life, and pointed out all the helpful resources available throughout the training. At first, what made me anxious were the time-sensitive offers related to the Paper Flips, which I felt I might miss out on. I didn’t want to lose out, but she assured me I could still go through the program before making any big decisions. She made it clear that there would be more opportunities, and that the training itself provides enough info and resources for me to handle this business model all by myself! That’s exactly what I needed to hear! While I still hope the mentor program will be available to me at the discount once I finish the training, I’m at least more calm in case it isn’t. My talk with Mary gave me the confidence that she/they will be there when I need help understanding anything unclear. I’m now excited and ready to get things rolling! So far, the info has been very good and I can’t wait to finish the training!

I have gone through the Tax Yield program from Awesomely

I have gone through the Tax Yield program from Awesomely a few times now. After watching the video lessons, I bought 24 affordable tax lien certificates in Florida (one of them was paid back early, and the county sent me a check for my original investment plus a small amount that built up since the purchase). The other 23 TLCs are still earning 18% interest. I've had to contact the Awesomely support team several times with questions, and each time they replied. It may take a little while, but they always get back to me with an answer. They are legit. (I looked at other options, but they seemed dodgy). The program does include an option to buy another program called Marketplace Pro, but they don't push it hard. It’s available if you want it. I haven't bought Marketplace Pro. My investment in the Tax Yield program has been solid, and I would suggest giving it a look if you are interested in tax lien certificates.

First, the customer support (Gaby Chaparo) has been great and really important for someone like me who is new to Bitcoin and liquidity pools. The amount of info, software updates, and changes since the videos were made, feels like learning a whole new language. It can be tough and sometimes confusing when even a small problem stops progress. Still, bit by bit, all my questions and needs were answered, usually within a day, which was very helpful for me to keep moving forward with creating liquidity pools. Just last week, I managed to move past the confusing phase of learning, set up my first two pools, and finally reached a point of feeling proud, which took me about three months. I’m motivated to keep watching the tutorials and getting better at understanding how things work, to build a strong, passive income from liquidity pools…

I'm an older guy with a college degree

I'm an older guy with a college degree and usually good at solving problems. But when it comes to computers and phone apps, I struggle. Had to call customer service and talked to a guy named Vince. He helped me out patiently, even though I'm not great with tech stuff. I really appreciate that he didn't get frustrated with me. I really like this company, and I know a bit about real estate, so I can tell these folks know their stuff. They genuinely care if we succeed or not. It might take me a while, but I won't give up till I figure out the technical side of things. Keep pushing till you succeed! I wasn't told to say this, I just wanted to share my experience.

Awesomely lives up to its name in many ways! I’ve tried several of their products, and the most recent, "Income Notes," really stood out to me. I’m confident that any real estate course under the "Awesomely" and "Lee Arnold" brand offers some of the best training out there. How can I say that? Because I trust Lee Arnold’s years of experience in real estate (even though I’ve been around a bit longer than he has), and the quality of his training is clear. I've seen plenty of other programs, and these just feel different!

I understand that JP and Lee have a lot on their plate and can't respond to every message themselves, but I do sometimes think if the team ever shares emails that feel more personal. There were a few things I wrote that I truly hoped they would see, and I just curiouse about that. My emails get responses almost point by point and always feel very positive, helpful, and motivating.
