Man, where do I even begin? My folks' home insurance got the boot because their old company decided to leave the state. We were in a real pinch because no one else wanted to cover them. But then Amica stepped up to the plate, which was a massive relief. Everyone says they have stellar customer service, and let me tell ya, they weren't wrong. The spot where our car broke down was super dangerous, with a narrow, twisty road and no safe spots to stop. One side was a big drop to water, and the other had a steep hill with landslide warnings. We lost control, but managed to get off the road kinda. We called Amica, and a tow truck came in just 15 minutes, which was lucky. The guy was really good at his job, even though it was risky loading the car because of the steep slope. He took us to a garage in Port Townsend, and our friends gave us a ride home. We're really happy with Amica and the tow truck dude.

I've stuck with this company for over three decades now. They've always been top-notch when it came to customer service. Lately, though, it's been a rough ride. I've called and called, but can't seem to get a return call from the claim adjuster or her supervisor, no matter how many times I try. It's frustrating, to say the least. There are still some great folks there who’ve been really helpful, but here I am, eight months later, and still no update!

I am extremely disappointed with the re-evaluation of my roof condition by this company. They made this assessment based on a Google image or drive-by photo, and as a result, they raised my rates without providing any justification. I requested a roof inspection over a month ago, but there has been no communication from their end. Considering reporting this to the Commissioner of Insurance.
