I really like the networking online

I really like the networking online, the 105 msgs I can send with my current membership. The classes on how to use alignable. The only thing I don't understand is why, when I get the "people you should meet" is, it is usually people who do the same thing (Business Funding), vs Businesses I can help by getting them Funding. Construction businesses, plumbers, electricians, retaurants....

The website is good, but as a premium

The website is good, but as a premium member, I expected more connection credits. After just 8 days, I ran out, which is disappointing. They need to improve the allocation for premium members to enhance the overall experience.

Multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach them and unanswered questions about the cancellation process were met with unhelpful responses. Their failure to transfer the work order to the new vendor added unnecessary complications. Overall, a disappointing experience marked by poor communication and uncooperative behavior, leaving the customer frustrated and dissatisfied.

Consistently bombarded with requests to connect with friends on Alignable, I'm perplexed about how the platform acquired such data. The persistent inquiries about my contacts raise concerns regarding privacy and legality. Unfortunately, attempts to seek clarification from Alignable have proven futile, leaving me frustrated and questioning the company's transparency and data handling practices.

Absolutely infuriating experience with

Absolutely infuriating experience with this company! They've proven to be incredibly untrustworthy, making it nearly impossible to delete my account without submitting personal identification. It's outrageous and downright deceitful. The blatant disregard for user privacy is unacceptable. Delete my account immediately!

I received an email from an elderly client who has confirmed that she has never heard of Alignable. I am concerned about the security and verification process, as it raises questions about the ability of third parties to potentially "spoof" an "invitation" email from an elderly woman.
