However, my disappointment ensued when, within the last five days, I submitted my reward request. Despite providing screenshots in my recorded video, a necessity due to the game's restrictions on screenshots, it appears that the advertiser's intention is to deceive players into engaging with their games, only to deny rewards by enforcing such limitations. As part of the advertiser's marketing team, it should be their responsibility to exercise due diligence in ensuring the game's policies align with the promised rewards. I have provided ample evidence of reaching level 150 in the game, yet my ticket has been closed without any response or resolution. This marks the fourth instance where issues have arisen in games promoted by agdem, reinforcing the perception that they are indifferent to the concerns of players who invest time and effort in their recommended games.
