I was really happy as this not only included the cost of the repair but also the rental company’s admin fees too! I got a small scratch on my rental car and was charged way too much money. I filed the claim with rentalcovers, and after about a week and a half, I got the full amount back into my bank acount. The whole process was simple, I can't recommend them enough.

Ik maak al een paar jaar gebruik van hun diensten en voel me altijd veilig en beschermd. Gelukkig hoefde ik nooit een claim in te dienen... totdat december. Ik werd door het verhuurbedrijf in Sicilië voor 210 EUR belast. Zodra ik de kosten kreeg, diende ik de claim in, en het duurde maar 3 werkdagen voordat ze deze verwerkten, bevestigden en goedkeurden. The 1st claim has just been submitted to Rental Cover. Damage to the rental car without us realizing it, it was discovered upon submission. The expense invoice uploaded for a claim. Approved within 3 days, refunded to our account within 1 week. It was a good test, I also learned that you are twice as insured at half the price at a counter at the airport. Many thanks to Rental Cover, from now on every rental car with your company!

Later, they charged me €481.58 for a tire replacement without telling me, even if it was agreed they would pay. I told Rentalcovers, and in two days I got all my money back to my bank account. Meestal is het de VERHUURDER die moeilijk doet als ik zeg “Ik heb al verzekering, dankjewel!” Vooral de MEXICAANSE bedrijven die helemaal geen buitenlandse verzekeringen accepteren! Maar vorig jaar kwamen ze echt goed uit de verf toen de VERHUURDER mij beschuldigde van “onzichtbare schade”. Niet veel vragen gesteld.

We were advised to get full insurance for our trip in Iceland. The rental company is very strict about even the smallest damage! We had a tiny scratch on a bumper, and they made us pay $4000 upfront at return. After their check, it cost $1500 (still too high, but we got back $2500). Anyway, RentalCover accepted our claim and paid in just two days!! TWO days! 5 Stars!
