I had a pretty good time dealing with Gelato's customer service. At first, I ran into a bit of a snag, but they totally came through by sending me three extra t-shirts to help me get a better handle on their printing process and see the different techniques up close. It's super useful to go through all the info they give you—it really helps in making the right choices, especially when it comes to Direct-to-Garment prints. Like, if you want the best outcome, steer clear of black-on-black designs; that's the main thing to watch out for. The price might seem a bit steep, but the quality you get is worth it. If your customers are cool with paying $50 or $60 for a hoodie, the profit margin is solid. Overall, very happy with Gelato and would recommend them for anyone into quality print-on-demand stuff.

I had quite the mix-up with the gelato app, and I gotta say, the team was super helpful, even though it turned into a bit of a wild goose chase. I mean, everyone was jumping through hoops trying to sort out the mess, but the root of the confusion was my misunderstanding. Turns out, gelato lists all products no matter who's handling them. If we'd figured out that the disconnected items weren't gelatos sooner, it would've saved everyone a bunch of time and headaches. Despite the hiccup, their effort was impressive, and I appreciate all they did to try and resolve things. Just a heads up for anyone else using the app—watch out for those fulfillment details!

Using the website on my computer was a breeze—everything felt intuitive and straightforward. I really appreciated how simple it was to link up to a store; it just made the whole process smoother. I had a fun time designing my own t-shirt, but I gotta admit, the price was a bit steep at 33€. I was expecting something a little more wallet-friendly. The shirt's quality was decent, but the print on the front didn't quite match the height I set in the design. It was a bit lower than I'd hoped. On the bright side, the customer support was really helpful and friendly, so that was a plus. Overall, it was cool to create my own design, but I wish the pricing and printing were a bit more on point. Still, it was an interesting experience, and I might give it another shot sometime.

The team really went out of their way to assist, but things didn’t work out because of a mix-up on my end. I didn’t understand that gelato shows all items, no matter who ships them! If we had all known that the products not linked weren’t gelatos, it would have saved a lot of time and effort!

Usually the AI support gets right to the point and gives me what I need. Every now and then the steps it tells me don't line up with whats really on the site, which can be annoying. But ussually it works fine.

I’ve had a really mixed experience with this company. They seem more focused on quick profits than actually solving issues. For instance, some products aren’t available in certain countries, but they don’t bother to update shipping profiles, leading to frequent order cancellations. Also, they don’t have proper solutions for multiple item orders in their TT integration; they charge and ship separately but assume combined shipping. Another issue is the lack of size charts and EU safety info in photo mock-ups. They also charge differently for various countries, but the product builder only supports one retail price, meaning sellers have to absorb losses. Basic text formatting is a premium feature, unlike other providers who offer it for free. Frequent mismatches on fabric composition and colors are also a problem. Their customer service starts off friendly but becomes unhelpful if the issue isn’t resolved quickly. They often close queries with generic answers. I've moved half of my volume to other providers. Feels like POD is becoming a bit of a gamble.

I've usually been happy with Gelato's products and support, but my latest order was a bit of a letdown. Ordered a poster with hanging frames on August 5th, and they arrived damaged and incorrect. Sent them clear photos and reached out to support multiple times, but got zero response. They promised to reply within 8–12 hours, but it's been radio silence. It's frustrating, and honestly, it's shaking my confidence in them. Really hope it's just a one-off issue, though. I want to keep using their services, especially since I'm about to expand my webshop. Just need to know they’ve got my back if something goes wrong again. Here's hoping they step up their game.

I've been using this pod software for a while, and it's pretty solid, but lately, I hit a snag. Whenever I try to publish my products, this validation error pops up every single time. Wow, I thought I found a gem with Gelato. Their prices seemed like a steal, and the whole process was really straightforward. I was excited to get my hands on their stuff, but man, the quality was a letdown. The garments looked worn out right out of the box, like they had been through a rough spin cycle or something. I compared them with items from other brands and Gelato’s were definitely the worst. I ended up removing all their products from my Shopify store. I've been using Gelato for nearly a year, and the experience has been quite frustrating. Their customer service in the US is practically non-existent. Trying to reach a real person feels like an endless loop with their AI chat bot, and when you finally get through, you’re often redirected to email which takes forever to get a response. Shipping is another headache. If you choose economy, items aren't always scanned by USPS, making it seem like orders haven't been picked up. This has led to numerous complaints from my customers and forced me into offering partial refunds to prevent negative reviews. As for their integration, it's a nightmare. Managing a large catalog with multiple product variants is a manual, tedious task. It's disappointing that they seem so indifferent to customer satisfaction.

I've been using this company for my photo book business since late August, and it's been a frustrating experience. Every time I place an order, it gives an estimated delivery date during payment, but then, like clockwork, the shipping date gets pushed back by 3-5 days shortly after. Their printing partners claim orders are shipped, but the tracking doesn't update for a week. I have an order from over two weeks ago that's still in production. Customer service is a nightmare. They keep giving me the same canned responses about delays and no real help. To make matters worse, they had the nerve to ask me to pay for a subscription service while I've had to refund nine customers in the past month due to their dishonest shipping estimates. It's just one big mess.

So, I was really excited about getting these custom t-shirts printed—simple design, just a single word on the chest and sleeve, using standard colors. Sounds easy, right? Well, after several rounds of samples, they still couldn't match the colors. The chest and sleeve colors were always off, despite reorders and attempts to fix it. It was so frustrating! I eventually got a refund, but the whole experience left me super disappointed. If it wasn't for their excellent customer support, I would’ve rated them lower. It's a shame because their design interface is top-notch and their product range and pricing are great. Gelato, you were my first choice, but you gotta work on quality control with your print suppliers.

I’ve been using GelatoCreate for a bit, and navigating their platform is a breeze. Everything's laid out neatly, which is great. But, there’s room for some tweaks, especially with the apparel quality. Some folks, including myself, have noticed the T-shirts and hoodies aren’t the comfiest — the fabric kinda feels cheap and not super cozy. Plus, the print quality isn’t always up to par. The colors can be a bit dull, not popping like you’d hope. If Gelato can step up their game with better fabric and brighter, longer-lasting prints, I’m sure more people would stick around. I’ve put a hold on ordering apparel for now, but with some improvements, I’d definitely consider coming back.

I ordered a bunch of samples in different finishes, like classic and premium matte, archival, and art print. When they arrived, the quality just wasn’t there. They had several issues, and there’s no way I'd feel comfortable selling them to my customers. It'd hurt my business reputation. I filed a complaint through their online system, showed them the proof, and they issued a refund, but only in store credit. Now I have to figure out how to get that back to my bank. I used to be a big fan of Gelato. The idea of shipping acrylic prints internationally, like to Italy, was super convenient. But things have really changed. I had one order that just never shipped, and when they tried again, it still didn't show up. Lost a customer over that mess. Recently, I got an order where they didn’t include the full hanging kit. Missing nails led to some wall damage, and now it looks all wrong. The worst part? Trying to get help. Their chatbot is useless and just loops you back to the start. Can’t talk to a real person. Really let down by how things have gone downhill.

I decided to try Gelato for some prints since they offer worldwide shipping and I needed a reliable solution. Gotta say, the website is smooth and shipping was on point. But, the print quality was a real letdown. I ordered a lustre print, expecting something decent, but what I got felt like flimsy, cheap paper. Not even close to the quality I've seen from other professional printers. The product just didn't cut it for me. When I opened the package, all my hopes vanished.
