    I’m really frustrated with my recent experience. I've got orders from November that still haven’t arrived, and I was promised upgraded shipping, but that only happened for some, not all. When I reached out about it, they just stopped responding. They said I’d get a solid update on Monday, but that was a no-show too. I’ve had to refund a bunch of my own customers because their orders are over two weeks old with no updates or any movement. I haven’t seen any refunds from Gelato for all this hassle either. Trying to talk to an actual person is like finding a needle in a haystack. It’s just been a really disappointing experience all around.

    Back in October 2025, I faced a hiccup with my Gelato subscription—got charged twice. They sorted it out and refunded me, so my subscription was extended till September 2026. I decided not to renew, though. Then, a weird thing happened. On March 4, after placing an order, I logged in to check on it, and bam, my account was gone. No order history, nothing. Customer support said I deleted it myself, but that’s not true. Why would I delete it right after ordering? They just assumed it was my fault without checking into it. Losing everything like that was super frustrating, and the support team didn’t really help. They just brushed it off.

    My experience with GELATO pretty frustrating

    Lately, my experience with GELATO has been pretty frustrating. Prints getting lost or arriving damaged, that's kinda expected sometimes with shipping, but it happens a lot with them. The worst part though is that my recent order hasn't even been printed after two weeks! I reached out to support several times, but all I got was the same "there’s been a delay" response, with no real solution. Meanwhile, my client is super upset and has already said he won't be buying from my shop again. Their service seems to be going downhill, and it’s really disappointing how they handle issues. Not happy at all with how things are being managed.

    I ordered a photobook from this site and had high hopes. The prints were really good quality, but the online editor was a nightmare. Text kept getting messed up, and even though the preview showed the error, the support rep assured me that the editor view was accurate. Nope, I still got a messed-up book. To avoid the issue, I switched to using Affinity Publisher, followed all their specs and settings, but the import still came out blurry. I tried countless times to fix it, spent hours on it, and just couldn't get it right. So frustrating and such a waste of time. The prints are great but the process needs serious improvement.

    Dealing with this company was a nightmare

    Man, dealing with this company was a nightmare. You'd think they'd make it simple to contact them, but nope. Even after signing up, they insisted on having the order number before they’d help. And guess what? No phone number to call for a quick chat. I ordered something, and they sent me the wrong stuff, probably shipped mine to someone else. Tried reaching them through every possible way, but all they do is ask for the order number, which I had already sent like 4 or 5 days ago. Still nothing. It's like shouting into the void. Customer service? More like customer ignore. Just wanted my order sorted, not too much to ask, right?

    I usually love this company, but my last experience was disappointing. I placed an order back in mid-December, expecting a smooth delivery like before. Sadly, only one out of three packages arrived. I filed a report and they said there'd be a delay, but then confirmed the package was lost and offered a reorder. I thought, alright, but then the new delivery date was missed too. Another delay. By this point, I'd been waiting a month! The package still didn't arrive, so they just issued a refund. I don't get how a tee and hoodie from inside the EU are so hard to deliver. The concept is great, but reliability? Not so much.

    I spent ages trying to find a reliable print on demand service and decided on Gelato for a mug delivery to my friend in Norway. Their pitch about local printers sounded convincing.     I started using this printing service a few months ago, and everything seemed to be going smoothly at first. But just this week, I hit a big snag. Two of my orders never showed up, and trying to get in touch with someone from the company was a nightmare. I mean, how hard is it to find someone to talk to when things go wrong? It's funny, though, they sure find the time to reply to all the good reviews online. It just doesn't add up. If you're after consistency and good customer support, you might want to think twice before choosing this company. It's been a frustrating experience for me.

    I've finally decided to stop using Gelato for my store's print on demand needs. After my last experience with their platform and the editing issues, I just can't keep making and duplicating designs because of their glitches. It's frustrating and time-consuming. Thankfully, Printify has been working fine for me so far. I even made my first sale recently, which is a big deal since I'm just starting out on Etsy. As a new entrepreneur, I need things to run smoothly to keep my customers happy. I hope Gelato improves their platform for future users, but for now, I'm sticking with what works.

    Ordered a few cool printed t-shirts for my kids but ended up with a headache. Placed an order for a size 12y, but the confirmation email showed 2y instead. Contacted customer service right away. They were quick to respond, but since the shirts were already in production, they said they couldn't do anything about it. Not even an acknowledgment that the mistake might have been on their end. All they offered was a 7 euro shipping refund, which doesn't really help much. If you decide to order from here, cross your fingers and hope everything goes smoothly.

    Ordered something, #G-241001111430, and it took like three business days just to get marked as shipped. No tracking number or anything. Tried to get help through their support chat, but it's just this annoying AI bot repeating the same stuff about how it takes up to 2 days for tracking to show up. But I don't even have a tracking number to begin with! It's the most basic thing, how can they mess that up? Honestly, super frustrating experience, and now I'm stuck not knowing where my order is. Not cool at all.

    Horrible - probably a scam

    Based on the reviews below (the positive ones are most likely fake; lol at the vocab and syntax - it’s stupidly similar) as well as my own experience I honestly can’t believe I was stupid enough to trust this “company”. Three days to say my order was being printed, two more days to learn that the materials were out of stock. I’m sure my 36 eur are gone. (Has anyone actually received a product from this company?)

    I ordered three mugs with my wildlife photos to test before selling them in my store. When they arrived, I was shocked by how bad they looked.
