I've been dealing with this company for a bit now and it's been nothing short of frustrating. Launched some products, and right away, orders started coming in. But here's the kicker—they've been stuck in limbo for over a week, not moving forward at all. We've been in touch with them every single day trying to get things sorted. All we hear is "wait another 24 hours," but nothing changes. They won't refund our customers or even start processing the orders. It's like talking to a wall with their so-called support team. Honestly, it feels like they just take your money and run. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with them. Save yourself the hassle.
