The purchased motherboard's COM headers were incompatible with standard cables, leading to a futile search for a solution. My pleas for assistance went unanswered for 8 days, despite the promised 24-hour response time. The local Melbourne office was helpless, requiring overseas support. After 9 days, the recommended part was exactly what I had initially informed them wouldn't fit. In contrast, contacting GIGAIPC's USA agents at MITXPC yielded prompt and accurate assistance within 12 hours. Mouser's incompetence and refusal to adhere to their refund policy have left me with no intention of ever making another purchase from them.

Groot assortiment en betrouwbare herkomst, dat waardeer ik. Toch liep de site in piekuren merkbaar trager, vooral bij filters. Bestelling verder soepel, met nette facturatie en tracking. Eén backorder kreeg tijdig updates. Documentatie en compliance-info zijn top.

It would be immensely helpful if a simple addition at the bottom of the page could list the compatible crimps for the selected connector. This minor adjustment would streamline the process and enhance user convenience significantly.

Navigating the Mouser website feels like wading through molasses; it's sluggish and riddled with glitches. Unlike other online vendors I frequent, placing an order here is an ordeal. If Digikey stocked the part, Mouser wouldn't even cross my mind. It's as if they've lost interest in providing a smooth user experience.

Inconsistent product, terrible customer service and tech knowledge while trying to fix

I ordered 10 batteries. 7 were good, measuring 3.4V; one was OK at 3.35V; two were about half way depleted at 3.2V. Contacted customer service, and they ignorantly claim they are good since the battery says 3V on it (that spec has a draw condition associated with it, and my testing was open circuit with a high impedance load). They say their tech team agrees. Talking to their tech guy on the phone, he was better than the 3rd world email, but still could not understand something as simple as this. Common sense would suggest that if 7 of 10 are 3.4V, that would be normal and good, and significantly below that would be bad. These people do not even have that. So basically, they have rejected the truth, rejected any request for refund or replacement, and continue to lie at every opportunity. If I had got 10/10 good batteries, or reasonably intelligent response to my problem, I'd be happy, but ... Horrible experience. Surely the founder is turning over in his grave right now.

The company's shipping fees for orders from Germany are excessively high. My frustration peaked when UPS failed to deliver my package, and despite filing a refund, there was zero response. Mouser's lack of upfront communication about import taxes adds to the annoyance. It leaves customers in the dark about the origin of components. Selling to European individuals without transparent pricing or information is a baffling approach that benefits neither party.
