We used an outside realtor to find the new tenant and got them connected with ZipRent. She praised how well everything was handled, and I agree. I really appreciate ZipRents' quick responses, especially off-hours, and on Sundays!! Very impresive!! There were times when the communications were late, requiring multiple emails or calls. Calling ZipRent sped things up. But to be fair, there were a lot of moving parts in our last tenant lease onboarding, so I get that some things might slip. In the end, everything was taken care of quickly and politely. We will keep using ZipRent, they are professional and reasonable in cost. I highly recommend them!
