Are you tired of feeling left in the dark?

Are you tired of feeling left in the dark? Picture this: I ordered a package and waited anxiously, only to hear nothing. Naturally, I started doubting. But today, I finally got through to Liz. Turns out, a simple typo in my email was the culprit all along! Liz quickly fixed it, sent the confirmation, and now I'm all set and smiling. Don't let small mishaps ruin your day. Give them a call like I did—they'll sort you out in no time. Ready to get back to being worry-free? Make that call now.

Prepare to be captivated.

Prepare to be captivated. Picture this: I step into the room, greeted warmly by our presenter, who instantly won us over with her infectious energy and genuine passion for travel. She didn't just talk; she painted a vivid picture of the travel industry, shedding light on comparisons with time shares and online hotel prices that left us enlightened. Her honesty and expertise sealed the deal for us. If you're serious about travel, her presentation is a game-changer. Don't miss out on this eye-opening experience—it's what convinced us, and it could do the same for you.

Absolutely horrendous experience with

Absolutely horrendous experience with this company! Made a reservation on 1/22/2024, and today, 1/24/2024, they refuse to refund my money despite not providing any reservation. Their request to remove my review is absurd. This company, Vo, is a complete fraud. I'll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Stay far away from this disgraceful business!

Unpleasant Experience at Westgate Event

My attendance at the Westgate event turned sour as I, despite driving myself, was unexpectedly turned away. Despite promptly notifying customer service, almost a month later, I was confronted with a dubious $300 charge, falsely suggesting a no-show. I possess documented proof of event attendance and detailed discussions with customer service regarding the issue. Westgate's attempt to slip in an unjust charge undermines their commitment to customer satisfaction and transparency. This unfortunate incident, coupled with their handling of the situation, has significantly diminished my confidence in the integrity of their event management and customer service practices. A cautionary note for others considering Westgate events based on this regrettable experience.

My experience with the company

My experience with the company left much to be desired. While initially intrigued by the potential of a cost-efficient holiday booking club, the sales tactics employed were disheartening. Starting with an exorbitant entry price, they gradually reduced it, only to encounter another pushy salesperson. Expressing our hesitations, we were bluntly told we were wasting their time. Even their "try before you buy" offer demanded $1500 upfront, hardly a genuine trial. Despite a promising product, the aggressive sales approach deterred us. It's perplexing why a company with a good offering resorts to such off-putting tactics.

SCAM

I paid this company over 500.00 for their vacation package. They booked our hotel room and it was supposed to be paid for by them. When we arrived, VO's card declined and the hotel CHARGED MY CARD instead. When I tried to get it straightened out with VO and have them refund me for the amount of the room, their response was basically, "too bad, so sad". A direct quote from customer service was "I don't see how this is our problem. We're not giving you a refund". So now I'm out over 700.00 without seeing a single service from these people.

This company is a complete rip-off.

This company is a complete rip-off. Avoid this website at all costs. The hotel they provided was disgustingly subpar. They force you into a tedious 90-minute presentation, and if you fail to meet their criteria or miss it, they unjustly slap you with a $300 charge. Numerous individuals got disqualified this morning, and they shamelessly attempt to siphon money from your card. It's an outright scam.

My opinion about the company is not very good.

My opinion about the company is not very good. We went to the hotel they told us to, but it was the wrong place, which was a bit annoying. They waited until 30 minutes before our appointment to call us, even though they had two weeks to inform us. They paid for our ride there but we had to pay for the ride back, costing us an extra $30. The initial presentation was short but felt like a waste of time. Then we had to endure another presentation where the lady contradicted herself by mentioning timeshares multiple times despite saying they weren't one. Even after telling them we weren't interested multiple times, they kept pressuring us to buy their package. It was clear they were trying to sell us something, despite claiming otherwise. We also noticed that two people pretending to be guests knew too much about the program, suggesting they were employees. We were promised a $50 gift card which never arrived even though we've been home for a week. This whole experience left me upset and disappointed. Make sure to read the fine print on their website, as you might get charged for your hotel room if you don't qualify. Overall, I would give them 0 stars if I could. If you're not bothered by all this, maybe consider staying for a week or more to make it worth your while.

HORRIBLE!!!! Do not use them

Stay away from this company. They completely mis-represented themselves as the hotel. I attempted to cancel the reservation immediately but they were closed so was not able to talk with anyone. They have been blowing up my email and phone to "Finish" my preferences. When I spoke with them and asked them about it, they said they needed me to fill out my preferences to include signing my receipt. I asked if there was more to it than just my hotel reservation, they said no. COMPLETE LIE!!!! They require you to go through a 90-minute presentation. I have not completed the rest of the process but they have already charged me. AGAIN!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS THROUGH THEM! I am also filing a complaint with the BBB and writing reviews on every review page I can access. If I could give them a negative rating I would.

Nightmare You Don’t Need When Planning Travel

It is a definite mess and very much a scam in my experience. I purchased a package then called to book my first vacation. I then paid in full but never received an email confirmation. So, I called again to inquire to be informed the price had changed and would cost over $200 more for a weekend so I cancelled. Who sells travelers for one price then changes it with no notification. Then, trying to get a refund is difficult and lengthy. Customer service is deplorable and you’re not allowed to speak with a supervisor. DON’T WALK; RUN!!! Monster Travel is a much better option. I promise they are. ALL TRUE

Absolutely dreadful experience

Absolutely dreadful experience at Alexis Park Resort! I booked a 2-night stay only to be forced into an unauthorized sales presentation. To make matters worse, they brazenly deducted $140 from my account without consent. Customer service was shockingly unprofessional, denying any refund. This company's operations are a disgrace, and I am determined to report them. Save yourself the trouble; avoid booking through this website at all costs – you'll undoubtedly regret it!

Total Scam

Absolute SCAM, was promised a 5 day 4 night stay at resorts at several location (From Vegas to the East Coast) Decided to book a stay in St. Petersburg FL. I was told the only property they had available (in November) was Quality Inn Suites at Tropicana Field. There would also be a 179.00 booking fee on top of the $400.00 plus I paid for the deal of a lifetime. So roughly $600.00 to stay at a dump I could buy direct on line for about $280.00...TOTAL SCAM!!

This is a SCAM

8/12/24 we attended a 90 minute presentation in Vegas on Flamingo Blvd. They charged us a $300 NO SHOW FEE , while we were actually at the presentation. What seemed like a simple error has turned into a battle with VO & my bank ! Three weeks later & it’s still an un resolved headache. Not to mention the big $300 inconvenience during our stay in Vegas, I would not recommend this place . Who has $300 to give away in this economy??

SCAM SCAM Seriously these people should be ashamed of themselves

I will start by saying I have LOST money paying into this ridiculous "deal". I was promised this amazing deal and come to find out it was a total rip off. I paid $ 600 for supposedly a stay at a 4 star resort, cruise and a $100 visa gift card by just attending 1 hour presentation ... accept for all that there's a "catch" in every single detail. First they offer you a bunch of garbage hotels. If you want to upgrade you have to pay a "resort fee" .. $191 later so thats $791. The "resort" also than has you pay ANOTHER resort fee of $136.00.. so that's $927 which btw was far from a resort. They had new renovated rooms but the ones this company has reserved for their visitors are the old outdated and gross ones on the bottom floor... this was straight from the woman that checked us in; who luckily took pity on us and put us in a better room (not great but better than the dumpster they had us in originally) Then you do not get transportation to this "presentation" where people harass you for not 1 hour but over 2! Which that company told us that it is always 2 hours not 1 hour for the presentation and they had a few people complain about this that came from vacation offer too. So that was a straight lie. That was another $50 in an uber so that puts us at $972. $972 ... for a crap hotel room that come to find out goes for $100 a night! Ya ... I know ... now all the money is worth it because I get the cruise or one of their other vacation offers now right ?! Yay! ... NO... I am legit afraid of doing anything else with this company... the trip to mexico??!! Who knows where we would end up! Probably some dangerous area in a run down motel. The cruise? we will probably end up in a closet paying even more money for something that is worth MUCH MUCH less again. Out of fear of the unknown and mistrust of this company that I feel robbed me and anymore "catches" I do not believe I am going to send in my reward voucher... I don't even think its worth the risk. Truly it feels like an unsafe decision to continue on in this. I wish I could just have the original money I paid back and forget I even knew of this company. 10/10 do not recommend Give people what they are promised. I hope you feel good about yourself and how you rip people off everyday.

False Advertising

As a dividend for attending a very boring presentation, we were given one week at a choice of over 3000 (supposedly) resorts for "FREE." Apparently, these people do not know the meaning of the word free. After a booking fee of almost $300 is paid, and a deposit of $100 that is not returned after a stay, the cost is almost $400 for the free trip!! This to me is very false advertising. Beware of this bogus company.

SCAM!! A TRUE SCAM

This is the worst company I have dealt with. Not only do they recommend awful, filthy and overcrowded hotels, they also have the worst customer service reps who dont try to actually help solve any concerns. They are not looking to actually provide a good vacation service. They are looking to make a fast buck. I strongly advise not to be lured into buying a package from them. They truly are the worst of the worst

give me my money back

After card transactions, you will receive this email Your attendance at the presentation is mandatory, and if you do not attend or do not qualify, you will be charged an additional fee of 300 USD. If we cannot collect the fee, you must check out of the hotel room early and forfeit the remaining nights. Please sign below to acknowledge.

BEWARE of VACATIONOFFER AKA VO TRAVEL CLUB!

BEWARE of VACATIONOFFER AKA VO TRAVEL CLUB! They cold called me and offered a free 4-day vacation to various locations if I would agree to attend a seminar about their vacation club. They told me that there was a $99 charge to guarantee that I would attend, and I agreed. As far as my understanding, that was the Agreement (also known as a “Contract”). Three weeks later I received a “Reservation and Tour Confirmation.” I read the large print at the top and the reservation information was correct, so I saved the document and planned my trip. However, in tiny print near the bottom it stated that there was a $150 fee for not canceling before a certain number of days, and a $300 fee for failing to attend the seminar! In effect, this is a unilateral attempt to change the original Agreement without my OK. Because my dog Wally has cancer and needs special care such as being hand fed, even though he is not suffering, we decided to postpone the trip. Without knowing about the cancelation deadline, I called on Saturday to postpone the trip. That call was 8 days before our scheduled check in date. However, they were closed on weekends, so I called back Monday morning. I was told that rescheduling was NOT an option, and that because that Monday was ONE DAY beyond the cancelation period that there would be a $150 fee. I explained that I was a 78-year-old senior, but got nowhere with that agent. Since I was already apparently too late to cancel, I decided to wait until Thursday to see if there was any way we could make the trip. Because it was not in Wally’s best interest to either take him with us or to leave him with someone, I called the company two times on Thursday. The first agent was quite rude and hung up on me when I told her that I refused to pay the $150 fee because I was not made aware of it when I booked the trip. I called back and spoke with a more pleasant agent, but she told me that she could not charge the $150 cancelation fee unless I "authorized" them to do so. I told her that I did not authorize the fee and that I just wanted to cancel. She told me that she could not cancel unless I authorized the $150 fee, and that the fees were the “company policy!”!!! WHAT!?!?! I asked to speak with a supervisor, and was told that the supervisor was busy and that I would need to call back and hope that the supervisor was available at that time. I asked to leave a message for the supervisor and was told they don't do that and that the supervisor would NOT call me back. Fast forward to the seminar date, which we obviously did not attend. The next day, they attempted to charge my credit card numerous times both the $150, the $300, and lesser amounts even though I had never agreed to those terms!! Fortunately, the credit card number they had would no longer work because I had needed to get a new card due to some previous fraudulent charges. This is not the kind of company I would ever do business with again. What you do is up to you, but BEWARE! A WORD TO THE WISE!!!

Emma was my representative, really five stars

Emma was my representative, really five stars, very professional, and the patience of a saint. I lost all my details after my purchase some time ago, and I was a bit lost about whether I still had this purchase. Emma did her homework with the most respect for what I was dealing with, she found my file and resent my details to my email, plus explained how everything works. I must say, Emma sets a standard of kindness, patients, and professionalism in her role; she truly made my day knowing that I have everything in my email. Emma also offered me if I had any more questions later on, just to ask her. Thank you, Emma, for giving me a five star experiance, your parents have raised you really well, and you are making this world a much better place. Keep up the great work, you’re amazing.🙏 And thank you VacationOffer.com for choosing such great people like Emma and the young man that signed me up, I can’t recall his name, but he was super nice. Sheri Elkin, Manager, and Evelyn Santos

Sheri Elkin, Manager, and Evelyn Santos, Sales Rep really helped me out. I had already decided I wasn’t interested. But once the presentation started, and I spoke with these two, I started to feel more comfortable and sure about it. They were very honest and didn’t try to pressure me. They simply explained what VO is all about, and I’m happy I listened. I’m excited about my upcoming trip. If you’ve ever been tricked into a timeshare or pressured into buying one, this is completely different. It's not that kind of environment. If you love to travel, whether locally or internationally, Vacation Offer is a great choice. If you're visiting Las Vegas, ask for Sheri and Evelyn to help you. They were both so helpful.

Renee is rude

This is a scam. They say it’s a deal for 3 nights but they charge you 99 and the hotel charges another 238 in fees. That’s not a deal and then you have to sit through a stupid presentation where someone tells you what you should do with your money. The rep I had was Renee and she was hateful when she realized I wasn’t buying. All the fake shit stopped and her true colors came out with the insults. In the end, she even threw my paperwork away that I was supposed to turn in for my gifts. They need to check her before she gets checked. No one can tell me what to do with my money. The program is a scam. Pay attention to the details.

Mixed Feelings on Presentation Experience

While I appreciated the presentation, I was disheartened by the blatant insult of being told I wouldn't buy it later at a higher price. This contradicted the promised absence of high-pressure tactics, feeling both false and unethical. Despite the unpleasant encounter, I acknowledge the intention to circle back for a purchase. However, the incident highlighted a misunderstanding about financial dealings at a significant level. Wishing for a more respectful approach in the future, especially considering the magnitude of ongoing negotiations.

SCAM

I purchased 2 packages at the same time, one for me and one to gift my friend. I paid for both and we completed the survey the same day. Still they they told me to either degrade 1 hotel or pay more if I want the same hotel for which I purchased. That too they told me when I called them to inquire, they did not even care to call or email me that the reservation is cancelled. And even after cancelling, they are refusing to give refund and saying they can only give me credit which I have to use only for their deals.

We liked the presentation and the kind help

We liked the presentation and the kind help we got from the staff during it. The company that set up the trip told us the presentation would be where we were staying, but we learned it wasn't, so we had to hurry to the right spot. We didn’t know we could have gotten a free ride there, which was our error. When we reached the presentation, we explained to the staff about the mix-up, and they asked me to fill in a form detailing what happened. We were given compensation by VO staff for the other company's misake!

The best part about my experience was the speech

The best part about my experience was the speech. The speaker greeted us after we logged in and informed us that she would present later. Her charisma, passion, wisdom, and honesty were awesome. This was very important to me. Her explanations of all aspects of the travel industry and comparisons to time shares and website pricing for hotels, travel, etc. were revealing. Basically, her speech convinced us to join.

We were pleasantly suprised with

We were pleasantly suprised with our experience at the VO presentation we attended. Everything from start to finish was great. Rene did a wonderful job in telling the story of VO. It was light hearted and informative. Marcus and Jay were great to work with. They made understanding the system very easy. Made us an offer we couldn't refuse. Can't wait to start using VO.

Emily did a good job

Emily did a good job. There were issues and uncertainty about the honesty of this nice deal. Money...I struggle to make ends meet and she kept trying everything to handle the money for me. Her honesty for me to enjoy anticipating something nice and cheap won me over. You have a "JEM" in her skills and desire to truly care for people! Increase her pay! PLESE!

I mixed up my dates and now I have to head

I mixed up my dates and now I have to head to Vegas sometime between November and December. Luckily, I got connected to a great operator who really helped me sort things out. Her name was Tori. She was very patient, super kind, and knew her stuff really well. I kind of wish I could always talk to her for anything related to my appointments.
