From start to finish when I made the reservations there was a error on me, and the reps contacted me and informed me what was wrong and help clear up the issue and I was very grateful for that. They corrected my error and explained the flights price and what was included. Great customer service. And once I received my etickets I was contacted and informed of the options to do once it was time for my flight.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They advertise low prices just to obtain your credit card information but do not issue the ticket even after 24 hours of making a reservation. When you call them, that’s when the drama begins. They then offer you the option to book a ticket at a higher fare. I strongly suggest staying away from this company. They are fraudulent, and I do not recommend them.

I bought a ticket from DC to Colombia and got a fair price. One day after I started getting several calls from India with people asking me for extra money to cover the ticket that at the time was doubling the amount I paid. I was also told that to use this ticket I can't bring any surcase and that I will have to wait until they have an available sit on the plain. Please be careful.

DO NOT USE - FRAUD. I tried to book two round-trip tickets and did not receive any confirmation email. American had no record of my itinerary. Two days later they started bombarding me with agressive phone calls and said I needed to pay over $100 in cancellation fees. Indian call center, but calls come from Cape Coral, Miami, New York. They say they are in Plantation FL - BS

Marvin was very understanding of my situation. I liked the professional customer service and the thoughtfulness. They take your info, somehow have access to the airlines info and then scam you into upgrades or tell you that your ticket is no refundable, not valid, no return flight, waiting list, etc. Avoid at all cost..... we are dealing with our credit card company as we speak....what a mess...the airlines should not allow them access to the sights.

I bought a ticket for my wife's birthday trip with friends. The price seemed good, but after entering my card details, I was told the ticket was standby. I had to upgrade or lose the initial price. Also, they kept calling to confirm the ticket and ask for a review before we even used it. Not good business at all.

I booked online. Some guy from India with a number from Arkansas, told me that he was in Atlanta. Made me wait 5’ for … I have no idea. Gave me all kinds of BS. I called AMEX to cancel the transaction. Am protected from scams by ANEX. No news from that outfit 24 hours later so I might be ok. DON’T PATRONIZE THEM!

If you book with this company, you will be extremely dissatisfied.You will get a better deal on your ticket.But then you will pay for everything from a purse to a carry on.They wanted for 2 carry on $300 4A 1 hour flight.These guys are thieves and should not be allowed to advertise anywhere on the internet

This is a fake site there are lier and they don't have any tickets on thier site they put price and when you byu it they call and they said that you can not buy this flight for this price so we want to raise the price for double. They are scam and you can not trust them. StY away from this site please 🙏

The ticket-buying process took forever. Communication with their agency was tough. They kept putting me on hold. I had to give a lot of info before finally reaching Michelle, who only asked for a review after smoothly sending the e-ticket. I said yes, but buying the ticket was a disaster.

There persons are scammers don't buy any ticket from them they don't give you back your refund plus they scam and purchase things with your card information I am in death up to my neck because of the travell agent DON'T TRUST THEM PLEASE I AM WARNING YOU GUYS OUT THERE THERE ARE NOT TRUE

The company was helpful overall, but it'd be nice if there were more details about luggage and dates. We ended up spending more than expected and had to change our travel days. Larry was helpful in finding us a good price though, so thanks to him for making our trip work.

Booked an international flight, received a call stating I had only paid one way, when the itinerary clearly shows round trip. Agent I spoke to stated he could only speak Spanish when he was answering all my question in english. Ended up having to cancel my credit card.

I overlooked the details and was caught off guard by the distinctions between basic economy and other flight classes. Transparency upfront would have enhanced my experience. However, the company provided comprehensive explanations and assistance, which was appreciated.

TOTAL SCAM - You will NOT get the ticket you paid for! Mark my words. They insist in calling AFTER you have selected a ticket and PAID for it. Only to increase the price because of this, that or the other. Total scam!! Stay away if you don't want to lose money!

For the small amount of cash I saved, it turned out to be much more challenging and took more time than booking straight with the airline. I didn't know I would have to pay more for my bags. Kane did assist me in locating a different flight that was less expensive.

This is completely fraud. They are not even book your tickets after 24 hrs. Nothing is mentioned on their website when you book your tickets but when you call they are talking to you very aggressively. My suggestion never book your tickets with this website

WARNING,WARNING, WARNING DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. It is a bait and switch company. You will get a good deal and will not get the tickets. The “deal” you get is not legitimate and they will sell you a new ticket at a much higher price.

Tarifaso deal is a scam. They offer cheap deals but then they call you saying you have to pay more to actually get the seats and do not offer a reimbursement. Awful customer service, especially for the employee Jose.

Miss Kristy made it simple and quite easy for me to get my boarding passes. I am 80 years old but Kristy was kind enough not to hurry me through the steps I needed to follow for my travel. Thanks again for you help.

Kristy was friendly and tried to help. But the booking process was not smooth. I found the deal wasn't what I thought, and some other agents gave me incorrect details, which affected my decision to buy the tickets.

The company's service was very good. Maurice helped me a lot because I didn't realize my ticket was reciprocal and I couldn't bring bags. He changed my flight in DFW and gave me and my son $125 vouchers each.

Do not book with them. Prices are based on Red eye flights and they will call you asking to call them back and will tell you the flights are no longer available at the times you booked. Scammers!
