This is the worst experience I've ever had. It's my last opportunity to visit my family in Europe and to bury my mother's ashes in her homeland of Germany. Losing this money means I'll never be able to fulfill these important wishes, and I'll lose the chance to see my family again. It's truly heartbreaking.
