I ordered an outdoor post light but it arrived without a mounting base. When I contacted customer service, they were very unhelpful and scolded me throughout the call. They wouldn't let me return the light unless I covered the return shipping costs. Bad company, avoid buying from them. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute this.
