I purchased a bunch of shoes from this store. All jordans. Right after, I got anxious and started looking into things. I saw they have many bad reviews and may sell fake shoes. They also don't accept returns for the sneakers. Within 15 minutes of buying, I tried to call. It went straight to voice mail, and the number doesn't work. I sent an email asking to cancel and inquired about how they prove authenticity. I got a single reply claiming they personally check each item, but they ignored my cancel request. I emailed them five more times asking for a cancelation. They still went ahead and shipped the shoes and never replied to my other emails. These folks are scammers. Terrible customer service. Why wouldn’t they accept returns on shoes if they promise authenticity? Oh right, because they know they’re fake. I’m now trying to file claims with my bank, not going to open the boxes. Just going to send them back. Fingers crossed I get my near $3000 back. Very unhappy. They could have at least said they’d help me instead of ignoring every email I sent. They seem rich, and I’m just a person worried about losing money on a bad buy. They don’t care; they just want more cash from unknowing customers. My PayPal reached out to them too, no reply of course. Thank goodness for paypay buyer protection and my discover card being on my side. I just hope it all works out.

They sent me the wrong size shoes and refused to accept a return unless I bought another pair first. They then claimed that I had ordered the wrong size, so it was my fault I couldn't get a refund. They kept sending me an order list with a size 4, saying this is what I ordered. I explained that I’d make sure everything was correct if I were buying Jordan’s in person. Their service was very unprofessional and they tried to make it look like it was my fault! They didn’t want to assist with the wrong size shoes and stopped communicating with me!

Absolutely terrible experience with this company - delivery took ages. Got the product (Nike Air Jordans). I want to send them back and can't get any answers to my emails, had to threaten to involve a lawyer. Got a brief response and nothing more. Worst experience ever.
