I've used the Elite Concierge service a few times. I usually get Khrystine. She always makes things simple and assists with my needs. I prefer staying at the W Fort Lauderdale hotel, but this year, they restricted the room types when booking. I asked Khrystine if she could secure a Founders Rate for a room type that wasn't listed. She managed to get me a good rate and reserve the room!

The FC team got back to me quickly. Even though I was unsure about my needs, Sheena Gendron explained everything clearly to help me choose. She also went the extra mile to rush a baby shower print order for me, which I didn't think they could do! Thanks, Sheena and the whole FC team for making things simpler when I can't manage on my own or don't have the means to rely on!

I’ve had the card for just a little while, but I’ve saved nearly $600 on two trips I had planned. I need a new laptop, and the savings here will easily cover the FC’s cost. I’m liking all the benefits and have had a positive experience with the concierge. I definitely suggest the FC to anyone who travels often!
