I recently returned from my trip to South America arranged by Enchanting Travels, and I feel compelled to express my disappointment with the overall experience. While the destinations were undoubtedly breathtaking, the same cannot be said for the services provided by your company. From the outset, issues with payment notifications plagued my monthly transactions, causing unnecessary stress and confusion. Despite diligently settling my bills, the constant erroneous alerts about delinquent payments were a major inconvenience. Even after addressing the matter with Bronwen, the problem persisted, tarnishing the supposed seamlessness of your service. The mismanagement extended to the accommodation, with my daughter encountering a payment issue at the Palacio Duhau in Buenos Aires. While your team attributed it to a hotel error, the lack of accountability only added to the frustration of an already cumbersome experience. In essence, Enchanting Travels fell short of its promise to make my journey seamless and time-efficient. The beauty of Patagonia and other destinations overshadowed the inadequacies of your company, highlighting the fact that my substantial investment in your services did not translate into a hassle-free adventure.

My husbnd and I had an amzing time wrking with the staff from Enchanting Travels nd they were able to hook us up with an agent, Heather, who specializes in the area we are looking to travel. So her knwledge, expertise, recommendations, and assistance was invaluable. She was able to listen to what our optimal trip would look like, consider our preferences, give us options of activities to choose from and help create a perfect personalized itinerary for us. She was even able to upgrade our hotel view! The peace of mind knowing I can call an agent during our trip is amazing as well. Overall, we had an excellent experience and will definitely be using Enchanting Travels again!

Starting from booking to pre-trip arrangements, they guide you through everything with a regional travel coordinator, who remains accessible by phone or text throughout your journey, equipped with local insights. My group of 5 couples desired an independent tour of New Zealand but sought the expertise of a reliable travel agency for planning and booking. We received all our tickets and vouchers conveniently through the Trip Agent App, which proved to be a straightforward tool containing all the necessary information for each day. Their meticulous approach truly enhanced our experience!

Everything from our first call with Bronwen to our return home went smoothly. Bronwen was so nice and she really listened to our requests and offered well informed feedback. We had a amazing time in Argentina. The company took care of all reservations for hotels, tours, transfers, restaurants and national flights. During our trip everyone was punctual and friendly. Having Kenny (Team Leader) available 24/7 during our trip was such a peace of mind. He was so friendly and helpful. Thanks to everyone who worked hard to make our trip flawless. Will definitely contact Enchanting Travels when ready for our next adventure.

I arrange a teip for 10 family members and all but one of us are vegetarians. We were promised that the lodhes would make us the vegetarian meals that we are use to having and the lodges did not make those. The lodges were required to provide 3 meals per day for the 7 days and we we very disappointed that we did get those. Also we were promised that we would see plenty of lions and laperds in the safaris we took. We had 2 sadaris per day for 6 days and we didn't see any. Since they failed these 2 major areas, i requested a partial refund and they refused. Don't use this travel angency.

We been to India in 1991, after Gandhi death, rough time. Wanted go back, we travelers, but worried. Friend went with Enchanting Travels, said check them out. Private travel good for us. Met Anita, good vibes. She set up things, Namrata helped in India. Drivers Amar, Sunil were great. Guides nice, knew lots. Did many activities, saw temples, markets, ate local food. Breakfast by women, fresh fish, spices, good. Kathakali show in Cochi, makeup, meanings of moves, interesting. Added Thrissur for theater festival. Trip was enchanting from start to end!

We had a good experience with Enchanting Travels wen they organized a privat tour of Delhi and Rajastan for us a few yers ago, so we were confident they would do a nice itinerary for us wen we visit Vietnam and Cambodja later this year. Akshay did an excelent job working out a suitable itinerary having regard to our interests. Usefull advice on the amount of time to spend in each place as well as good recomondations about activites and sightseeing. Lovely hotel selections as well. I will write a follow up review once we have completed our trip.
