Well, here's my frustrating saga

Well, here's my frustrating saga with these folks. They made a promise to process some future credits I had on NCL if I shelled out on my CC, sweetened the deal by saying they'd refund me 500 bucks within 48 hours. Fast forward three months – nada. Zilch. Zippo. The last message? A sorry but we won't be keeping our promise. Needless to say, I've bid farewell to them for good. And you bet I'm spreading the word about not putting your trust in this company. They even hit the mute button on our convo about this mess. I've got all their back-and-forths tucked away in my files. Trust level? Rock bottom.

worst experience ever

I have been on 43 cruises and cruise direct.com is by far the worst cruise company to book your cruise we had some weather related issues which they said were covered and the cruise line refunded the money to cruise direct.com which was the amount of the taxes in Port charges who never refunded the money to us the customers the insurance company refunded the part they were supposed to refund which was the full price of the cruise to cruise direct.com who once again did not refund us the customer $0.00 so all in all Cruise direct.com kept our money and didn't refund us anything that has never happened in 43 cruises I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone don't do it beware

Disheartened, my sister contacted Angelo through the site, who swiftly resolved the matter for an additional $340. The discrepancy between agents' responses and the unclear booking process left me dissatisfied. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to use Cruise Direct again.

My wife and I booked a lovely short cruise in the Adriatic Sea with COSTA DELIZIOSA. Sadly, we faced a family issue and had to cancel our paid cruise to stay home. Naturally, we asked for a refund based on the COSTA cancellation policy. Louella from CruiseDirect was very helpful during this process. She provided all the needed details and support for our request. Before long, we received approval for the refund, and our problem was sorted out. My wife and I booked a first-time Princess Cruise to Alaska through Cruise Direct.com, and we were very lucky to have Angelo Gonzalez help us. I had booked a cruise to Alaska for September. But, my mom got really sick, so I couldn't go. I felt bad cancelling since it was my first time booking a cruise. I emailed Gonzales, the cruise advisor, and he was really nice. He said he'd help me cancel it. He sent a nice message about my mom and fixed the cancellation in just 30 minutes. I was touched by how kind and fast he was. When I can travel again, I'll definitely book that Alaska cruise.
