This inconsistency and automated interaction left me dissatisfied with the overall service.

Do not sell your car to this company. They will offer you the highest price around, but then we'll give you the runaround on whether a driver will come and pick it up. It will harass you for days telling you that a driver is coming call and text you all day long till 8:00, 9:00 at night and then we'll not show up to pick up your car

So, I got this check from a company. The info they gave was super helpful, but there was a hiccup. Went to cash it at their bank but since I don’t have an account there, they charged me $10. Kinda annoying. Then, when I tried to cash it at my own bank, they told me there’s a waiting period before I can actually use the money. Just a heads up if you’re in the same boat. The process could’ve been smoother.
