I reached out to customer service, and they explained it calmly. One mask couldn't be shipped within about 30 days, so they apologized and refunded me for it quickly. Once my order was sent, it arrived in the UK pretty fast. The packing is always good, and they even include a few nice gifts. I’m now waiting for my 3rd order. If you're looking for the best price and don’t mind waiting a little longer if an item isn’t available, I’d recommend Stylevna.

I got a notification from Royal Mail after about a month, and it was a bit confusing since it was their 48-Hour service, with no updates on tracking for 3 days. When I reached out to Stylevana, they informed me that updates come only after the package arrives in the UK. I think they should clarify this for customers, but I’m satisfied with my products and the service I got.

It’s reliable, their sales and deals are great, the products are authentic, I like the free samples, and their reward system is really good—you can get discounts as you collect more points and even free products sometimes. The only thing is that orders usually take 2-3 weeks to come, but since Korean products on their site are often priced lower than other stores and I don’t need them right away, the delay doesn’t bother me. Everything I ordered arrived in good conditon and nothing was missing.

Still, was very happy when the parcel came. The best things were the speedy shipping and lowest price I found online, which balanced out the small issue with updates. Giving it four and a half stars till now.

I’ve bought from Stylevana a few times, and it was kind of a mixed bag. Some orders took way too long to arrive. I feel like they list things on the website that they don’t even have in stock, and then they have to get them from somewhere else after you place your order. They really shouldn’t sell stuff they don’t already have on hand. Sometimes, I do get my order fast, but it’s a bit of a gamble, really. You never know if what you’re buying is actually in their warehouse or not. The prices are nice and they have lots of brands, though. Eventually, your order will come, you just gotta be patient. On the bright side, their customer service responds quickley.

I double checked the address and even gave it again when there were problems, but it was right from the start. Yet, after all this time, no sign of my package. I’ve politely requested for you to sort this out and refund me as fast as possible. But still, no response from your side. I am really unhappy with how this is going. Still hoping for my refund!
