I had bought a pack of collagen and some face masks from this company, when the package came, the collagen bag was torn, the entire box was full of powder, even the masks had collagen on them, I contacted customer service and sent pictures of the torn bag, they answered a few days later, but they wanted batch number, expiry date and more proof photos, since the whole box was sticky and messy, which is hard to keep without throwing it out, then I was told case closed.

I got a broken item but couldn't return

I got a broken item but couldn't return it because I missed the 48-hour report window. They said they can't accept my claim. I was away, and my roommate got the parcel, so I couldn't report it in time. They won't give me a free return label; I have to pay to ship it from the UK to Hong Kong. Worst CS ever! I'd AVOID this company completely.

Great service! The company provided excellent customer support throughout my purchase. My order arrived in perfect condition and faster than expected. Huge scam!

Huge scam! Avoid ordering from them. Cancel ASAP. They're terrible at giving clear answers and their customer service is awful. Never ordering from them again, their customer service is trash. They used a new courier instead of usps and the courier sent it back instead of delivering it. Stylevana keeps giving me the same bs response instead of either sending another order or refunding me. I had to dispute it with my bank

My issue is that the mobile app doesn’t show my whole shopping cart. It’s a big bother to go to checkout just to review my cart. Can this be improved? Not very user-friendly. I’d also like to see more pictures of the items I’m buying. Aside from that, I do like the products.

My item has been stuck in the "packaging stage" for over three weeks now. When I inquired about the progress, they responded after several days, telling me not to worry and that they're working on it. It is honestly crazy and disappointing.

Fraud and Scam

I wish I can give this company a negative 1000 score. I had the worst experience with Stylevana, and I’m absolutely furious. I placed an order No. BWSVAUA160412296 on 31st July 2024 while visiting Australia, but it never arrived on time. Before leaving on 13th August, I instructed Australia Post to return the package if it was delivered after my departure. Well, it was delivered on 14th August, and Australia Post followed my instructions, returning the package to Stylevana’s warehouse on 16th August. I even received tracking confirmation from Australia Post that the package was delivered successfully to Stylevana's warehouse. Since then, I’ve been emailing Stylevana repeatedly, providing ALL the proof that the order was returned and asking for my refund of 88AUD. How did they respond? They didn’t. They ignored every single one of my emails until I had to post a negative review on Jabbar just to get any attention. When they finally replied, they had the nerve to offer me a useless AUD88 coupon – despite clear proof that the order was NOT lost and was already in their warehouse! It's been THREE MONTHS of constant emails to this company and they are ignoring my requests. Their response is beyond disgusting. It’s like talking to a BOT, with the same scripted nonsense over and over, refusing to acknowledge that they have my returned order! This company is a scam. They’ve stolen my money and are now forcing me to buy from them again, as if I’d ever give them another cent. Their customer service is non-existent, and they prey on customers with their shady practices. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! They’ll take your money and run, and if you’re lucky enough to even get a reply, they’ll just offer you a pathetic coupon to silence you. STYLEVANA IS A TOTAL SCAM! Refund me my money.

I made a purchase on April 2nd and now it’s already June 5th

I made a purchase on April 2nd and now it’s already June 5th, but my stuff still hasn’t arived. Looks like DHL lost the box, but Stylevana won’t give my money back. They say they need to wait for DHL to finish looking into it. I messaged Stylevana five times and every time they just copy-paste the same reply. I even tried contacting Glamstar Limited (that’s the company listed on my PayPal), but no one ever got back to me. I sent them a proper notice last Friday and emailed again, but still no word. If they don’t fix this before my two-week deadline ends, I plan to report them to the Dutch ECC. I hope other people with the same problem do the same, cause it’s not okay. This stuff breaks the consumer laws in Europe and needs attention. To be fair, I did buy from Stylevana twice before. Delivery was slow, but at least things showed up. This time though, it’s clear that if anything goes wrong, their customer support just doesn’t help. I won’t be buying here again and I don’t suggest others use Stylevana if they want safe shopping for K-beauty stuff.

1 замовлення і відразу жорсткий провал. Замовлення відправили через 1 місяць. Увесь цей час мене "годували" обіцянками, що роблять все можливе. Через 2 тижні після відправки на сайті відстеження показано, що посилку повернено, хоча мені кур'єрська компанія не повідомляла про доставку (жодного дзвінка, повідомлення чи емейлу) У зв'язку з цим я зав'язалася з підтримкою знову, вони довго не відповідали, могли більше тижня мовчати. Коли нарешті відписали, то сказали, що не можуть повернути кошти, поки не буде повернена посилка (хоча це їх відповідальність, а не моя провина!). Посилка може бути втрачена остаточно, то що в такому разі - мені не првернуть кошти? Коли я написала, що звернуся у банк, щоб оформити повернення - вони відразу написали, що компанія їм повідомила, що посилка на складі. Відтоді минуло ще 2 тижні. На сьогодні вже майже 3 місяці минуло з моменту замовлення і сказати, що я розчарова і зла - це нічого не сказати! НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ ЦЕЙ СВ1Т. НІКОЛИ НЕ КУПУЙТЕ ТУТ! ПОБЕРЕЖІТЬ СЕБЕ ВІД СТРЕСУ!

Every item I ordered was listed as available on their site. Then after 3 days, they told me one item was out of stock. I asked them to remove that item since I didn’t want to wait the 2-3 weeks they said for restocking. They replied 3 days later saying they would ship the parcel today. Actually, it was sent 4 days after that, and it’s already been 7 business days with no package yet. I paid for express insured shipping, which their website says takes 3-7 business days, but it’s now longer than that. I asked for a refund on shipping and they changed the express shipping time to 4-9 days. I asked for proof of this policy THREE TIMES, but they just kept sending me a link to my tracking (which still shows nothing after 7 business days). This is the second time I bought from them and they were the same before. All my orders are over £300 each, but I won’t buy from them again. Very poor custumer service.

Steer clear... do not order!

Terrible experience with Stylevana. My £120+ order from August still hasn't arrived after three weeks, and there's no tracking information. I was told it would ship in a few days, but that wasn't the case. ​Their customer support has been unhelpful and hasn't addressed my concerns, despite my repeated attempts to contact them. The delay even caused me to miss my sister's birthday, as part of the order was her gift. ​The lack of communication and poor service is unacceptable. I regret ordering from them and want to warn others to avoid Stylevana. No sign of a refund despite 3 requests, and the order still hasnt even been packed and it's been 25 days now. Order from somewhere else😡

Я замовив у Stylevana ще 3 липня, а сьогодні вже 27 – майже місяць минув, а замовлення досі нема. Це вже нi в якi рамки не лізе. Нi повідомлень, нi вибачень – тиша i чекання без кiнця. Як можна в наш час мати таку нікчемну систему доставки? Якщо не справляєтесь з кiлькiстю замовлень – не приймайте новi. Це ж не якась вища математика. Я користувався купою сайтів, і українських, і з-за кордону – але нiхто не працює так повiльно i халатно. Це не просто затримка – це непрофесiоналiзм. Доставка у Stylevana – повний нуль. Попереджатиму всiх знайомих, щоб туди й близько не лiзли. Це мiй останнiй досвiд з цим сервiсом.

I placed an order two weeks ago and have yet to receive anything. The customer service is very slow to reply, which just makes the situation worse. One of the items in my order wasn’t in stock, but there was no notice of this when I made the purchase. Why isn't this information shown at checkout? Even after that, I didn’t get any updates until I reached out to ask why my order hadn’t shipped. Nobody could tell me when the missing item would be in stock or when the full order would ship. Customer service hasn’t replied at all since then. I won't be ordering here again for sure.

They don’t explain the shipping and handling info clearly besides saying “next day shipping” and “takes 7-10 days to arrive,” which is a complete lie!!! No updates except sending me a tracking number that “shows NO details.” It’s been 6 weeks and I already left my home for the summer. If the package ever arrives, it will stay outside my house for 3 months. I’m going to dispute this order for “not providing real shipping info.” NEVER order from this site, choose Oliveyoung global instead, it’s real and much more trustable!!!

Scam

I made the mistake of purchasing products on this page in the month of February, which were never delivered to me. I contacted customer service two weeks later and they answered me that they were investigating the case.... Three months later they were still investigating, and I wrote to them 5 more times, but they did not answer me again... Finally in May I decided to file the complaint with Paypal, the method I used to pay, and thanks to them I was finally able to receive the refund notice. I will never buy from this website again!

I’ve had no problems ordering in the US

I’ve had no problems ordering in the US, but in the UK it was a complete mess. I emailed customer service to update my delivery address, and it took them a whole week to reply. Even then, the package was still sent back to the sender, and Stylevana never told me about it. I only found out two weeks later. I’ve asked for a refund, but I’m not sure how it will go. It’s been over a month since I placed the order, and honestly, I won’t be ordering from them again. The low prices aren’t worth the hassle.

Be careful do not buy from this company! I ordered and had to send a follow-up to finally get my tracking number which had been made 5 days before being sent it. They said item was shipped and the website said 2-4 days delivery. Still no item. They're not giving me a refund until they get the item back when it's clearly lost. Very unhelpful customer support Eunice and Grace. For your peace of mind do not deal with this company. I wish I'd checked reviews before ordering.

I never received any delivery update, and I’ve contacted Stylevana support many times with no answer. Their customer support is awful and ignores customers. I’m asking for a refund or a new shipment, but no one replies. Really unhappy. Stay away from this site if you need dependable service.

It’s the worst shopping site I’ve ever seen. The employees are liars and don’t tell the truth about the status of the order. They don’t provide the tracking number but claim the order has already been handed over to the carrier — how is that possible? Then, they also say they can’t issue a refund because we have to wait for the carrier to return the product. They asked for 14 DAYS to deliver. I’m completely outraged.

Awful service and annoying company rules. I made a big order, but it took more than three weeks to ship because some items were not available. Why were these items listed for sale in the first place? And why couldn't they send the order in different packages to prevent delays? I had to buy new skincare products from another store since I didn't think shipping would take so long.

I am waiting for over 6 weeks for my order to at least be shipped (all goods supposedly in stock). Wrote 5-6 times to support over the last 3 weeks only to be completely ignored! There is absolutely no communication with the customer and I worry I will never see my order nor my money. I will NEVER BUY HERE again and strongly advise anyone to do the same!!

Don’t let the “.nl” domain fool you into believing this is a nearby store with quick shipping. I ordered on 31 May and haven’t gotten my package yet. Even though I got a tracking number, it seems like it might take more than a month to arrive. I really don’t understand how this company is still in business—they’re making losers, not buyers!
