Yes, these patches work well, BUT the customer "support" (more like customer nightmare) is awful. They trick you with free "loyalty" packs and not only don’t send them, they also charged me—this happened after almost two months of back and forth since their first promise to send the "free loyalty pack." Their MLM system means every time you contact someone (only by email, phone is useless), you must explain everything again, and the agent can’t actually fix anything or just lies saying they will, but they never do! I just got charged $300 for the "free" patches they promised. I’m now looking for other options. Like I said, good product, but such a pain to deal with this company.

Customer Service terrible.

Took money even though subscription was cancelled. Has anyone even asked what the ingrediants are, or what the later side effects could be? Many say it works. I also had some good results with one for my incontinence, but looking back it might have been because of strong meds I was on. Because of the problems I’m having with their customer service, I’m starting to doubt things. If you are dishonest in one part, it makes me think you might be dishonest in others. We should also remember the mind is a powerful thing, and maybe we convinced ourselves it worked. I tried all 4. More energy—nothing. Youth one—nothing. Now the X39 and X49—nothing.

Mijn man heeft ernstige bijwerkingen gekregen en zijn gezondheid is sindsdien nooit meer hetzelfde geweest. Het is inmiddels een paar maanden geleden dat hij gestopt is met het gebruik van de pleisters en hij ondergaat nu verschillende tests om te achterhalen waarom zijn milt vergroot is, zijn lymfeklieren niet goed werken, zijn bloedcellen sterk zijn gedaald en ze misschien zelfs zijn beenmerg moeten testen. Vreselijke gevolgen voor iemand die gezond was voordat hij deze pleisters gebruikte. Wees voorzichtig mensen.

"Want met één maand Lifewave pleisters voel je je tien jaar jonger." Trap niet in die terugbetaling belofte. Aan de telefoon zeggen ze dat je binnen drie dagen je geld trug krijgt. Maar als je het nakijkt, zie je dat je bent opgelicht.

To prevent further charges, I removed my credit card number from their website, only to discover they had retained a copy and double-charged me again. Despite multiple emails requesting cancellation and refund, their customer service was unresponsive. After weeks of waiting, they suggested I call them, but my attempts were unsuccessful. Ultimately, I had to involve my credit card company to prevent additional charges. While unsure about the effectiveness of the patches, the company's business practices and customer service are disappointing. Not quite the experience I expected from a purportedly Christian company.

Cancelling my subscription proved futile, as I received another batch two weeks later. While the product may offer some relief, the lack of responsive customer service and the pyramid scheme structure make it less appealing than affordable over-the-counter alternatives for pain relief.

I purchased the X39, and it didn't produce the desired results for me. Unfortunately, I couldn't complete my trial within the 30-day window due to a week and a half of illness. When I contacted them for a refund, I decided to try the X49 Icewave patches in addition to see if that would help. Regrettably, it did not. I requested a refund based on their 100% guarantee, but they stated that they could only offer a refund if the products were unopened. This policy seems questionable to me because how can I try the products without opening them? It doesn't align with the idea of a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
