There is quite a bit of reading, which can be tiring for someone not into food science. The meal plans aren’t very useful. The recipes are nice, but I would like only 3-ingredient meals, so these don’t fit me. Also, you ask how much time I want to spend on cooking, but don’t follow it in the plan. For example, I chose 10 mins for lunch or dinner, but the plans have meals taking 20-30 mins, so it’s not good for me. It would be helpful to have a list showing what we get from each recipe – like how much polyunsaturated fats, iron, or total calories.

Support staff were realy nice.

Support staff were realy nice. The plan we got, in our case, was stuff we probly could have just looked up online, so the cost didn’t feel fair. Some recipes were pretty decent, just wish more of them had meat in them. For how it worked for us, we’d give the program a 3/5, and just 1/5 when it comes to how they handle refunds. But the help we got with getting our refund was great — Estefany was patient and easy to talk to.

The content was useful, though not exactly what I wanted. I had a problem with my subscription, and the customer support answered fast and was very helpful.

Don’t try to free trial!

It was a great course but I would not go for the free trial as they force you to subscribe to a meal plan to move forward with the free subscription. When cancelling your free subscription make sure to cancel BOTH subscriptions or you will end up paying with no chance for a refund

Shady business - be aware of the charges

The business is shady AF! Thied their "free" trial took the course and looked at the meal plan. What I did not notice is that looking at the meal plan activated another subscription period that was separate from the fertility course. I cancelled the initial plan a day before the trial ended and then discovered few days later that they took 105 USD (6 months subscription) from my account for the meal plan - which apparently needed to be cancelled separately. Wrote to the customer support as I did not need the meal plan but they refused to refund. Very disappointed! Be aware!

Avoid This Company – Unfair Policies and Terrible Customer Service

I strongly advise against this company. Their sign-up process is misleading, and their customer service is completely unresponsive when it comes to resolving legitimate issues. I unknowingly ended up with two separate subscriptions because their emails failed to clearly indicate that multiple sign-ups had occurred. Despite reaching out multiple times to explain the situation, they refused to issue a refund, hiding behind rigid policies instead of addressing the lack of transparency in their communication. A reputable company values customer trust and goodwill, but this one seems more interested in holding onto unfairly charged fees than in doing the right thing. If you ever run into a problem, don’t expect any support or accountability from them. Save yourself the frustration and dont ever subscribe to that awful service!

Abysmal Support for Future Mothers

I tried the free week and was unable to find the "cancel" button in the desktop navigation on my final day. I canceled as soon as I could find the button to do so, which was mere hours after the free trial deadline. I requested a refund as this was a clear accident, and they sent a lengthy email about how they legally can choose to deny me and steal >$200 from me. It was NOT clear that the trial would roll into that high of an expense. For a company that prides itself on not adding stress to the lives of those trying to create a human life I am appalled that there is no way to refund a clear accident. This is abysmal support and severely disappointing as an experience.

Deceptive, no customer support, no due refund.

The app is charging you without warning, for a lond period subsrption. VERY EXENSIVE ! No email or phone in the app or on the website to contact a reperesentative. When you request support in the app by choosing an option "refunds" nobody ever is contacting you back, eventhough you get a notification smb will contact you in 5 business days. no reply after seceral requests. Totally deceptive!

Exactly the same as many other reviewers sadly. Signed up for trial. Cancelled same day but they still took 2 subscription fees of $150 each from my account. They claim I signed up for a meal plan. This was a hidden charge and entirely set up to deceive the customer. Will be reporting to the financial ombudsman and seeking full refund. Do not use this company.

Deceptive charging and refused refund

They signed me up for a secondary subscription without proper notification. To cancel the secondary subscription, you have to go to a different page then canceling the primary subscription. I messaged them one day after being charged and they refused to refund. Of course they charge for 4 months at once which is $86. Pretty ridiculous.

Scam

Sign up for app. Subscription comes in two parts the basic than the premium. They stay two separate packages when you cancel. The other package continues caught for the price which is excess of a 60. There’s no customer service when you get an email it just reject your refund. It’s just a glorified food app you will get ripped off.

Be careful! You may be automatically enrolled in additional subscriptions that cost a lot - and the refund policy is more like a cancellation policy. Read the fine print and don’t count on customer service. Content in the app is okay, nothing you can’t find on your own on the internet but structured in a useful way.

No Cancel options will Charge $293

This company has AI responses and you are unable to cancel your account or get refunded. I am making the public aware of this fraudulent company . Buyer Beware. Do not even look into the free trial you will be charged.

Canceled subscription but was yet charged

I took a 14-day free trial, and canceled my subscription before the end of trial. Yet they charged for one-year subscription. Can’t find any email adress to resolve this issue. Do not take the ”free” trial!
